    Went with my wife to dine in they gave us a menu and told us to sit anywhere. It took a while for the waitress to get to us when we finally placed our order. Our food was cold brought our appetizer and my alcohol drink late . The drink sucked and the waitress pants were sagging. I could see his underwear’s, and some of the crew member was fooling around instead of doing their job. We never go there again. It sucked.

    My experience with Buffalo wild wings in the past was great. I’ll go there all the time to get my salad that I like to get with chicken on it. I never had a problem in the past of having my chicken tossed in the sauce that I wanted recently going there five times already having the same experience over again of them telling me that it’s time consuming to toss my chicken In the sauce when I’m explaining what salad I would like they proceed to bring me either my sauce on the side with a plate To toss my chicken or once in A while I’ll get it like the photo where it’s just a squirt, not coated on the opposite side of the chicken not fully coated all around. I don’t know whether the cooks are getting lazy in the back but I know that every time somebody orders wings they are coated sauce so whether I order boneless wings they should be also coated I think it’s rude telling me the reason why they can’t put sauce on my chicken is because it’s time-consuming that Said to me from one of the waitresses

    I ordered online, they forgot my drinks and all the sauces for the chicken wings. Who eats this chicken without sauces?

    I’m not a person to write reviews but their take out crew is horrible. Don’t ever expect your food to be ready by the time it tells you it should be. Every-time I go there it’s another 15-20 mins before my food is ready even arriving 10 mins later then the scheduled pick up time. ALSO it’s always wrong, My first order I got from them they gave it away to a person in front of me and TOLD me that they did; then I had to sit there for another 20 mins only having 10 mins for my lunch break when I got back to work. The second order I’ve placed with them they forgot the sauce for my cheese curds, and the last one I just got the street tacos had absolutely no sauce on them and were barely even filled. NEVER got compensated for anything, you would think that first time they gave my food away they would but nope just gonna waste my lunch. Absolutely fed up with this place.

    In the words of Gordon Ramsay Shut it down !! I have been a customer of Buffalo Wild Wings since 2009. I don’t frequent often as I make wings at home and have patronized the brand by purchasing their dry rub seasonings and sauce bottles. Yesterday April 15th 2026 I happened to be doing Uber and received an order for the North Haven location. I had three customers to pick up for. I do this in my spare time I know the drill you pick up the orders confirm and then deliver it’s simple. Upon my arrival there was another gentleman that came in behind me I greeted The associate that was at the front and let her know the names of the orders that I was picking up for she proceeded to look in the small fridge that they have in the rear of the register. She then proceeded to tell me that none of the orders were there and then chuckled and smart. I then proceeded to ask if she was able to check in the back she then left and did not come back for roughly 15 minutes in that timeframe the person that has come in behind me also began to seek out someone else to assist us he was there picking up his lunch and that began to look into the restaurant seeking out support a young lady with long blonde braids then came out and asked if we needed any help she then came to the front and instantly she began working to you know rectify the wait that we were experiencing. We finally got the attention of someone working a young lady whose name I did not get was very proactive and worked to began. Helping everyone. I then proceeded to advocate for the young man behind me I can tell he was not going to speak up for himself.I just began to let her know of the experience that we were having and I’d let the young man go before me as mentioned two out of my 3 orders were in the fridge as well as the young man who have never even been addressed the original cashier literally walked away she should have addressed him but not coming back or acknowledging him was when I then took the business card of the general manager. I told the young lady I would sign as soon as I speak to uber support to see what they want to do with the missing order. Once uber removed the missing customer order I then signed the book as I went to sign the girl start tapping again and pointing and pushed the book towards me. So I called corporate and left a report detailing the encounter. I then called at 4 when the associate said Antonio the General manager would be in. As I was calling he was calling me which I was impressed by and what led me to leave the five start review yesterday I was moved by his proactive nature I would later find out the opposite while it seemed that Antonio was very aware of the atmosphere and even alerted to me that they have been receiving multiple complaints about their customer service and about rude staff and so forth so my biggest thing is I love accountability so hearing that was really refreshing so we continue to talk just for maybe about 20 minutes or so and then he offered to compensate me with a meal from my experience and so I obliged. You lied on my name you will not defame my character.
