Looks a little dated. They eliminated the old booths and placed new tables with comfortable chairs. It's a quiet cozy place in my opinion.

My daughter and I came to lunch at this location. We ate inside. I love the environment. It reminds me of old-school cozy Arby’s. We chose to sit in the wicker armchairs in the middle of the restaurant.
Our food was ready super fast. Everything was hot and delicious. One of the ladies helped me when we dropped our fries. She went above and beyond! Super appreciate the friendly staff and clean restaurant.

Meat is good and juicy. So little people in here. Meat mountain is one of my favorite sandwiches ever.

Arby’s North Haven has apparently discovered a creative way to “improve” drive-thru times: instead of actually being fast, they simply shove customers to the side of the building and pretend the clock stopped. Brilliant strategy — if your goal is to manipulate numbers rather than provide decent service.
There is absolutely nothing efficient about pulling customers out of line so your system can claim a faster drive-thru time while people sit parked waiting 10+ minutes for food that should have been ready in the first place. It’s a completely inaccurate representation of service speed and feels dishonest. The line didn't magically move faster; you just moved the problem somewhere less visible.
Fast food is supposed to be built around convenience and efficiency. If the kitchen is backed up, then own it. Record the actual times. Address the staffing or operational issues. Don’t play a shell game with customers so corporate metrics look prettier while people sit wondering if their order was forgotten.
What makes it even more frustrating is that customers are expected to accept wasted time while management gets to celebrate artificially inflated numbers. You’re not improving service — you're just hiding poor performance behind the side of the building.
If your drive-thru times look great on paper but customers are sitting in exile waiting for their food, then your system isn’t working nearly as well as you think it is.

I ordered Arby’s DoorDash. I paid for one Angus cheesesteak sandwich, one cherry turnover, and one soda and they never gave me my soda. They claim I never ordered. And I asked if they could refund me on the soda at the very least, but they wouldn’t. Also on the cheesesteak I asked for only tomatoes and cheese no onions, and of course, can’t get that right either, they added the onions when I specifically asked not .20 wasted. I will not be ordering from them again.
