    I had a very negative experience on Saturday . I ordered through Uber Eats, 2 smoothies and a mixed berry yogurt bowl. On the app it says “wrapping up“ and it showed when a driver goes to the restaurant to pick up order and then it changes the driver, it didn’t show me my order was ready. I called the restaurant requesting information and also asking the person on the phone which was a female, about my order which she told me that my order was ready. At no point did she tell me that a driver came to pick up my order, she said was it was there! After the phone call, I continued to watch the Uber Eats app and watch the drivers continue to change. 5 minutes pass, I called the restaurant again, and this time a guy answers the phone. I asked him” hey, is there any construction going on in the plaza of the restaurant, or is there an issue with my order? Because it’s telling the driver arrived at the restaurant and then it changes tot a different driver” he said nothing happened, we made your order but someone came in took your order and then left” he said I have to go into the app to cancel it ( which it did not allow me). I was at work so I couldn’t do much but I spent an hour trying to get this whole situation resolved, I even called back the restaurant several times to get more information about the”person that took my order “and no one answered the phone, they just let the phone ring. At this point, I really don't know what happened to my order, when I called the 1st time the girl said my order was ready and waiting to be picked up and then a few minutes later, someone else says my order was picked up??? Not sure what to believe but I was upset about the whole situation and still is.

    I had a disappointing experience at Tropical Smoothie in Newington, NH. Emma was the highlight of our visit—she was kind, soft-spoken, professional, and seemed to be doing the majority of the work. She made us feel welcome and handled everything efficiently. Unfortunately, Julian was the complete opposite. He came across as unprofessional, immature, rude, and more focused on acting corny than doing his job. Outside of making our order, he didn’t seem interested in helping, while Emma was left taking care of everything else. Customer service should be respectful and professional, and his attitude did not reflect that. I appreciate Emma for her hard work and positive attitude. She deserves recognition for the way she handled the customers and kept things running smoothly.

    Food I was dissatisfied with tasted like it was bad. The smoothies are nothing special I can definitely make a better one at home in my Ninja. Atmosphere was small and not real organized service was the only plus.

    Stop hiring kids!!! I’ve Never been here but my normal place was closed, So I thought I’d give this establishment a try. I pre-ordered my smoothie and I went in to pick it up. Someone named Gabby asked how she could help me. I informed her I had an online order and gave my name. She turned to her co-worker and asked her who the drink was for that she just finished making and she said my name. The other girl handed me my drink but the cup was soaked with water so I asked for a napkin. She asked Gabby where the napkins were and Gabby just started at her for a while and then told her to figure it out. The girl playfully calls Gabby’s name (which is how I know anyone’s name). Gabby told her to stop calling her name and looked at me and told her to figure it out again. Meanwhile, it’s almost 9pm, I need to get back to my kid and I’m being played with…. The girl is looking around for napkins to dry my cup and Gabbys friend comes in and she starts yelling loudly and jumping up and down asking why he’s there but super excited!! Still……no napkins. No attempt to direct me or her co/worker to where napkins may be located. Finally, I start to look around and I turn around to where the door is and see a napkin dispenser to the left of the door. I’m unsure if the girl or Gabby wasn’t aware it was located behind me but I feel I wasn’t serviced at all during this visit. The entire experience was unprofessional!!!!!! The girl serving me did apologize once I located the napkins but that Gabby is a nasty customer service representative and I’ll never return to this establishment. Nice smoothies though! But for the experience, I’ll take my business elsewhere.
