  We decided on take out today and couldn’t be happier! It was a 100% excellent experience from start to finish! Meals were delicious, instructions followed perfectly, service was great and not one complaint 😊

  The most horrible experience I have ever had at a restaurant. We got there at 5pm and was told there would be a 50 min wait for a table, which was perfectly understandable since it was mother's day. We got called for our table at 5:45 and were sat in a booth on the left side of the restaurant. Our server came over and got our drink order. When she returned with our drinks we gave her our food order approximately 5:55pm. Our ceaser salads took 20 min to come out and I had to question my server where they were. The server returned and asked if we wanted some more bread and we said yes but she never brought it to us. Drink refills took forever to come to us as well. We sat and waited and waited for our food to come and it never did and neither did our server. Finally I had to grab our server and ask her to get us a manager. At 7pm the manager came over. We explained the situation. We asked at this point to take the food to go. He went to check on our food and came back apologized told us it would be the next order to leave the kitchen and it would be packed to go. He promised a discount on our food and gave us a $10 coupon off our next visit. We continued to sit and wait and watch all this other food come out for tables that arrived well after we did. Finally at 720pm and no food in sight we got up and left. Absolutely ridiculous!! I will never ever return here. An hour and 30 min is unacceptable to wait for food especially after speaking to the manager. Not to mention our server never once returned back to our table to check on us or give an update on our order. I wish I could give no stars!!!!

  Ally was Our server. It's an overlooked thing but the door to Outback was opened by a very kind and very gracious gentleman I forgot the name of. I thought that was the precursor to the consistent quality We were going to receive and I was 100% correct. The bone in ribeye was cooked to juicy perfection and His delmonaco was juicy as well with garlic butter on it too, well done and excellent. Mark must treat His crew well because the atmosphere was an extension of His kindness and I honestly felt like it was My birthday. Ally was very kind and attentive to Our requests for refills, napkins and extra Bleu cheese for the wings He loved and I expirenced. Perfect charrring but not burnt steaks made the two cuts that We ordered well done juicy ( kudos to the chef ) a priority when We come back soon. Thank You Outback, Newington. You made Our power of choice fit like a glove with Class AAA+ Quality in every way.

  The food here was exceptionally terrible, especially for the price. Get a better meal at McDonald's and save yourself the money. Everything was cold, fatty, old, and poorly seasoned. Can only imagine it will eventually close like the rest of Outbacks. They used to be bomb for a chain!

  This is an updated of my review , so this will be my second to this restaurant , I went back on 4/22/2026 to truy somethig else and ended trying the same dish, and again it was just delicious , I just wanted to add the following this I took the time to really look at menu and the selection incredible so I will come back, I also noticed that a lot of the customer that I saw on my first visit came back so that was impresive and finally Alex is truly a superb employee , this man goes out of his way to make your customer happy and you are lucky to have him .My first visit to this particular Outback in NEWINGTON prior to that I went to the one in Manchester that was closed, they were very good. So I went on 4/15/2926 apprehensive and was surprised and delighted with everything, the inside was spacious, bright and clean, my server was Alex and he was great, the meal was just superb and I will continue going to this wonderful restaurant. Good job and my only fear is I hope Outback does not go out business
