- BIBlair IsufiSep 18, 20261.0I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience this morning. I ordered two Pumpkin Spice Lattes with almond milk at the drive-thru. When I arrived at the window, only one drink had been prepared, and it was made with skim milk. I asked to purchase the second drink and requested that the incorrect drink be remade with almond milk. While trying to get the order corrected, I felt completely dismissed. After the employee at the window walked away to ask for the drink to be remade, I overheard someone say, “What does she want now?” Another employee then came to the window and insisted that the original drink had been made with almond milk, even though the two drinks looked and tasted noticeably different. I left with a drink that was not what I ordered or paid for. Mistakes happen, especially during a busy morning, and I completely understand that. What was most disappointing was not the initial mistake, but feeling dismissed when I simply asked for my order to be corrected and then being told something that did not match what I had been given. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and helps improve how similar situations are handled in the future.

I recently placed an order totaling thirty dollars, yet received items valued at only ten dollars, a discrepancy that was subsequently denied by the staff. This incident suggests that customer service standards could be enhanced. It is worth noting, however, that there are occasions when the customer service is indeed excellent. Nonetheless, the queues are consistently long and progress at a very slow pace, which may indicate a need for additional staffing. For a superior experience, I recommend visiting the Dunkin' Donuts located on Silver Lane in East Hartford.
