  Been here only a few times before, maybe 3? My food wasn’t great my last time here and figured it could have just been a bad today. Today I went in and could see the visual frustration on the face of the staff because I came in, even though they’re open for another hour. I ordered and when I got my food and sat down, I was reminded by the staff that they, “close soon.” I was missing onions on my sandwich and was told they were out for the day, so I had to eat something that wasn’t exactly what I wanted. The “fresh baked” tasted like it was baked at the beginning of the week and the sandwich appeared to have been put together by the 6 year old. A large group was coming through the door when I heard the moans of the team members upset about more customers, when the customer was told they had no onions, the customer asked if they could check in the back, suddenly they had onions again. Very disappointed in my experience.

  Can no longer pre order ...some new olo ap the insisted on then kept saying "error verifying cart" so ... good bye I guess ...just making things that worked VERY difficult while raising prices by $2 for one item. They clearly dont know how easy it is to just order chipotle

  Wanted to try this place, looked at a picture for the meatball sandwich, picture very much includes marinara. Ordered online, did not see any option on my end where I had to explicitly add marinara, so I assumed it came with the sandwich in roughly the amount pictured. Got the sandwich, brought it home, virtually no marinara except for the tiniest part clinging to the meatballs. Also the sandwich was cold. Called the store and was like... why? And they kind of turned it around on me like my expectations were unreasonable that there would be any marinera beyond what was there. Very confusing and disappointing experience, looked forward to trying this place, most likely will not go again.

  It’s pretty disturbing. The men’s room has no soap. Not even a dispenser for it. To me that may mean the people making our food don’t use soap. Pretty gross.
