I walked in at 4:45pm and it looked like nobody had swept, wiped down the tables, or taken the trash out since the day before. I had to ask for napkins and a fork because nobody bothered restocking any eating utensils. There were also ZERO lids for soft drinks. I saw a couple try to sit down at a table that wasn't full of trash and another employee just watched them and ignored them. Here's the thing, I don't blame the employees. This is a straight up management incompetence. What is it with Chipotle and laziness?

On 5/29/26 @ 7PM, the tall, thin black pretty girl wearing her hair in a ponytail with nice eyelashes working the takeout section was extremely helpful and prompt. As soon as I hit the takeout section to look for my order, she immediately helped me/pointed out where my bag was and made one of the best bowls I’ve had! The ratios were on point and my order was followed to a T. Other locations can be a hit or miss but this was right on. You go girl 👏🏼 you deserve recognition
