  There is no signage saying where or how to pick up your order. I skipped the line and went to the register where they usually have the pick up orders waiting. All 4 employees walked by me multiple times doing whatever to avoid eye contact not asking what I need or what am I waiting for. After 5 mins I thought maybe they changed the process and I should wait in line. Food was supposed to be ready at 5:30, got notification it was in fact ready and in 1 bag but when I got to the front of the line at 5:52 they were just starting to make it. What was the point of the mobile order I could have just went through the line and got the order faster.

  3.85 for a veggie taco PLUS 2.95 PER TACO for the smallest serving of guacamole PER TACO?! Absolutely ridiculous almost the cost of a taco for the smallest serving. Poorest customer service ever a complete joke. I can't wait until Chipotle cools it with their pricing or goes under.

  I hate leaving reviews, I tend to only when I feel absolutely necessary to let people know. Staff was rude and felt annoyed to do the job. This is a Saturday evening and not even busy. Sense of rush and urgency to make my food. Staff wouldn't even speak up. Lots of staff and the tables were filthy. Every table and bench is gross. They seem to only have one person who knows how to actually wrap the burritos. They over stuffed the darn thing and we ordered one meat, beans, bico and lettuce. The results was slop shoved in foil. My daughter wanted to eat it because it wasn't possible to eat it properly so we had to sit at the tables and benches. Their not all that busy and why their not focused on cleaning the darn place baffles me. Id take photos but it would be so obvious what I was doing. Not coming to this location again. Food is solid, if this was a mom and pop burrito shop it would go under. 28 dollars for two burritos and rude service and dirty tables, floors and seating.

  Ordered online through the Chipotle app. Order was completely wrong. Chicken where we ordered steak. No sides with kids quesadilla. Bowl that was ordered just had rice, they forgot the beans, fajita veggies, pico, etc. Everything just seemed thrown together, never had an order so wrong before from a Chipotle. Place also looked filthy. Maybe they're understaffed and need to hire more help.

  Arrive to mobile orders not even started even well after pickup time. Starting food thats been marked in the app as completed and ready for pickup when the customer walks in and waits 10 mins just to be addressed. No wonder this place has sub 2 stars on yelp.
