We first found Cava while vacationing in Florida. Then we were hooked. We were happy to find one relatively close by and if we are in the area will will stop. The food is always great. We found this cava to be clean and inviting. David our host was very helpful.

Got cava a few times when they first opened and it took ridiculously long for the food to be ready. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured it was because they were new. Here we are a year later. Placed online order at 7:38 for 8:15 pickup. Had to wait in line for nearly 10 minutes before someone acknowledged my existence just for them to scramble at 8:22 to figure my order out and start preparing it.. went to leave a little after 8:30 but checked the bag (good thing I did) and they left out pitas, silverware/napkins, and they didn’t give me a cup for the drink. Didn’t leave until 8:40. A whole hour for an online order? NEVER AGAIN

This place is honestly disgusting. First time trying it, so I placed an online order. When you walk in, the smell of sewage is so strong and nauseating. Then the garbage cans to the left of the door and so over filled that’s there is trash all of the floor and tables. There was 5 people working and no rush, so I’m not sure why one of them wasn’t cleaning up. The drink machine area hadn’t been whipped down is who knows how long. You can see every layer of drinks spilt throughout the day. We go to get my order since I got a text it was ready five minutes prior, and the lady tells me it’s not ready yet…… so we sit down on the nasty seats and wait. She walked up to us to tell us they don’t have steak. Tells us we can wait for another shift change in 20 minutes or get something else. So we waited and left. I got the text again so we came back. The steak was disgusting and overcooked, the rest of the bowl was mushy as if they made it while waiting for the steak instead of making it fresh. We had to eat in the car since the seating was so nasty, there was no where to sit.
