  I ordered my food to go. I came during lunchtime so it was a little busy but the line was moving. The staff was super friendly and patient. Cava is one of my favorite spots because the portions are generous and I love how the season all their ingredients. I will be returning again soon!

  Ordered via the app and food came out 20 minutes late and cold. People coming in standing in line got their food faster and probably hot. The people doing the take out orders seemed less than motivated.

  I’ve never had cava before and wanted to try it. When I came in the guy helping me made me feel rushed and that I was inconveniencing him. I told him it was my first time there and he was absolutely no help in suggesting things at all. I ordered the harissa hummus and harissa chicken not knowing how extremely spicy they were. A simple “it’s pretty spicy” would’ve helped. I love spice , but it was so spicy I couldn’t eat it. Also the smell of death in the front was so overwhelming it should’ve been a warning for me not to eat there. I had to ask for a tray and he handed me a filthy one. The tables inside and outside were also filthy. I’ve heard good things about this chain but this location makes it look very bad. No one is attentive to anything from the food to the customer service to the cleanliness in the restaurant.

  Absolutely love this location! Cava is a new go to for me! Stephan was incredible helping me make my bowl for the first time and walked me through the whole process and what his favorite combos are! 10/10 definitely coming back!

  I just tried Cava in Newington for the first time and I am very satisfied with everything from the time I walked in the atmosphere was very welcoming and the service for cava was very good they was nice and patient with me and help.me decide what i wanted i didn't feel pressured and the food was very good everything was cooked to a "T!" I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.
