  I was so happy when a Cava location opened near me, this location is always on top of things. I previously had an issue with super salty pita chips and Kyle and Kaylahnie were right on it. They made me a fresh batch, I appreciate the swift resolution. Of course I’ll be back!

  This place is straight gas and it doesn’t have you on the toilet 30 mins later regretting what you ate. Definitely go here if you’re looking for a healthy meal with good taste

  Definitely won’t be coming back. Service was horrible told the lady it was my first time and was rude about me just asking what something is didn’t help me at all. The other one was just starting at me because I didn’t know what to pick. I got salmon my salmon was burnt it just tasted burnt. $50 in the garbage.

  Very disappointing experience at CAVA Newington, CT on 7/29/26. We placed an online pickup order ahead of time so it would be ready for our lunch break. When my boyfriend arrived, our order was not there. He was told it had been made but was apparently taken by someone else, which we understand can happen. The issue was how the situation was handled afterward. The employee said she would remake the order, so we thought it was being taken care of. After waiting, we realized they were continuing to work on other customers’ orders instead of remaking ours. The employee even walked away to get herself a drink before our replacement order was started. After about 10 minutes, my boyfriend had to ask if anyone was actually going to remake the meal. Once they finally started the replacement order, multiple items were missed and he had to go back and point out what was missing. When we finally got our bowls and opened them, the quality was extremely disappointing — there was barely any rice or toppings, and the bowls were mostly filled with sauce. This was by far the worst experience we’ve had at CAVA. The lack of urgency, poor communication, mistakes with the order, and the food quality made this a very frustrating lunch experience. Hopefully management looks into what happened and addresses the issues with the team working that day.

  I have a love hate relationship with this CAVA location. I love it cause the food is AMAZING!!! I hate is cause when placing otder online your food will not be rady when you ariive, even 30 minutes after getting notification that your order is ready for pickup. And 10 times out of 10 they will forget items in your bowl, forget your side suces and side pita. EVERY SINGLE TIME! I dont know who the manager is here but they need to get their crew on track cause its EVERYTIME. I go there expecting to have missing items from my bag.
