  The associates at the deli counter don’t listen to instructions, and or should be trained better (my guess is the former). They do whatever they feel like. And say too bad. Reflects horribly on the store. Always messing up my order because they simply don’t care.

  I popped in here to grab some groceries for the week and was really impressed by how organized everything was. The produce section looked fresh and vibrant, and I managed to find all the specific ingredients I needed without any hassle. The store was clean, the aisles were well-lit, and the checkout process was surprisingly quick, even with a decent amount of people shopping. It makes such a difference when you can get your errands done efficiently and head home, and this spot definitely delivered on that today.

  had a highly frustrating experience at the customer service desk at the New Milford Stop & Shop. The staff member, Lori, was completely unprofessional, dismissive, and rude when I approached the desk for assistance. Customer service should be professional and welcoming, but her behavior was entirely unacceptable. Management needs to address this directly with Lori and ensure the desk staff is properly trained in basic customer care."

  I used to LIVE for stop and shop pick up but the last three times they gave failed bad. Don't use this service. My fil has cancer and we use this service for convince. They never answer the phone. Once they didn't tell us the order was ready, the next time they changed the pick up time so late we had to cancel. Not impressed. Someone needs to get on it and fix it how it was. This is as bad as instacart.
