I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of customer service was disappointing. I ended up going somewhere else to get what I originally ordered. Overall, not a great experience.

While there are a few excellent employees, several systemic issues need to be addressed at the corporate level. The app is misleading, as half of the advertised services are unavailable due to broken equipment. Furthermore, the refund process is unacceptable, often requiring customers to escalate their complaints significantly before receiving any assistance. It appears the current model prioritizes retaining customer funds over delivering promised services. Additionally, I have observed poor attitudes and a lack of professionalism among many staff members, which is further exacerbated by the low quality of the products even when the machinery is functional.
