- DZda mad man zeusAug 15, 20261.0This Dunkin is HORRIBLE. They never have what's ordered and when they do, they mess the order up. We've tried giving them multiple chances but the absolute final straw was when we placed an order and we went in to see them drinking and eating behind the counter only for them to tell us they have nothing except for water and when we asked them to refund the order they said to do it through the app and made us leave. There was no way to report that we didn't get our order on the app and any calls we tried to make got sent to voicemail or hung up on automatically. This is ridiculous

They quickly realized the mistake, returned the coffee, got their correct order and I pulled up. I joked with the gentleman, “what are you giving my coffee to someone else?” I was just trying to get a laugh as it was really not a big deal. He said, “your coffee is on the house.” I pretty much threw my credit card at him and he wouldn’t take it. He shut the window on me! I stayed and grabbed a few singles I had in the car, and tried to give him a tip. He smiled and thanked me. It’s little actions like this that make me a loyal customer. Great customer service. I’ll be back for sure!

I don't hear very often as this is the worst dunkin, but cmon, this is their job and they're always messing up. Whether it's the wrong drink or them forgetting my add ins, it's always a mistake. This will be my last visit after they just handed me the wrong drink AGAIN!!!

Got my order completely wrong and food was hard. Rude service or at least not attentive enough because they gave out 5 coffees and food to someone who ordered after me. And I still waited 5 mins after the people behind me got their order.
