- KRKash RizSep 19, 20261.0I ordered six donuts without sprinkles on Saturday at approximately 9:30 AM September 19,2026 At the drive-through window I handed over my credit card and opened the box to double-check my order. The strawberry-frosted donut had sprinkles even though I specifically requested no sprinkles. When I pointed this out to the cashier he told me that it only comes with sprinkles. I said that I had specifically ordered it without sprinkles and handed the box back. He then used the F-word toward me which was completely unacceptable. I told him that I am a customer and should be treated with respect. Customer service should matter, especially when prices have increased and the donuts have gotten smaller. I left feeling very disappointed and went to the Federal Road location in Brookfield where I was able to get my donuts without sprinkles. If you don’t like your job that is not the customer’s fault. Please treat customers with respect. Unfortunately after this experience I will not return to this location.

We've tried giving them multiple chances but the absolute final straw was when we placed an order and we went in to see them drinking and eating behind the counter only for them to tell us they have nothing except for water and when we asked them to refund the order they said to do it through the app and made us leave. There was no way to report that we didn't get our order on the app and any calls we tried to make got sent to voicemail or hung up on automatically. This is ridiculous

They quickly realized the mistake, returned the coffee, got their correct order and I pulled up. I joked with the gentleman, “what are you giving my coffee to someone else?” I was just trying to get a laugh as it was really not a big deal. He said, “your coffee is on the house.” I pretty much threw my credit card at him and he wouldn’t take it. He shut the window on me! I stayed and grabbed a few singles I had in the car, and tried to give him a tip. He smiled and thanked me. It’s little actions like this that make me a loyal customer. Great customer service. I’ll be back for sure!

I don't hear very often as this is the worst dunkin, but cmon, this is their job and they're always messing up. Whether it's the wrong drink or them forgetting my add ins, it's always a mistake. This will be my last visit after they just handed me the wrong drink AGAIN!!!
