- TPtiana pennywell3 days ago1.0EVERY SINGLE TIME I've been to this Dunkin, they ALWAYS mess up my order. Like literally without a fail they always mess up. I don't hear very often as this is the worst dunkin, but cmon, this is their job and they're always messing up. Whether it's the wrong drink or them forgetting my add ins, it's always a mistake. This will be my last visit after they just handed me the wrong drink AGAIN!!!

Got my order completely wrong and food was hard. Rude service or at least not attentive enough because they gave out 5 coffees and food to someone who ordered after me. And I still waited 5 mins after the people behind me got their order.

The atmosphere is very stressful, with a lot of kids around, and the added wait time just makes the experience worse. Not to mention, I was the only customer in line.
