- TBTanya B.Sep 25, 20262.0The reason for the ⭐️⭐️ has nothing to do with the staff or service it has to do with the fact that the Point of Sale system at this specific DUNKIN doesn’t give the customer an option to leave a tip for the workers and prevents them from recieving tips when customers use electronic payment methods such as Apple Pay or other Tap transaction types! Any business that is a gratuity-based (or tip-dependent) model (Which I believe is a extortion business model not just to workers but a scam to customers by falsely representing their prices to customers and reducing the cost per employee pay!

Facts , I would be a great supervisor that would fire staff that 1. Didn’t greet customers 2. Don’t make sure restrooms are clean 3. Keep lobby, lot and store presentable at all times 4. Have a working intercom for drive through…broken, non-working appliances or systems are unacceptable!!! Get with the program!!!
