  Absolutely terrible experience at Taco Bell tonight. The store clearly displays “OPEN DAILY” with dine-in hours listed until 3 AM every single day, yet when we arrived around 11:50 PM, we were told we could not sit inside. What’s the point of posting dine-in hours if customers are refused service almost 3 hours early? The manager was dismissive, unprofessional, and acted like customers were an inconvenience. If the lobby is actually closed early, then update the signs instead of misleading people. False hours waste customers’ time and create frustration, especially late at night when people are specifically looking for a place to sit and eat. The restaurant itself also looked poorly maintained and unwelcoming. Overall, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a fast-food restaurant. Taco Bell needs to either honor the hours they advertise or stop posting inaccurate information. Definitely not coming back to this location.

  No sugar for coffee terribly place to order. Feels like high school all over again. Why hire if work is treated like a recess.

  I normally don’t write reviews often but I just ordered and is almost 1 Am and was actually so surprised. Normally my order gets messed up or stuff missing or long wait but They were all very kind and quick , they made sure they put EVERYTHING in the bag including a good amount of sauce and I truly appreciate that . It may sound goofey but little things like this make your night after working a long shift in the medical field and being hungry and tired asl. I wish I could have gave yall a tip through the Mobil app !

  Sat at the counter for 10+ minutes staring at my food that I ordered 10 minutes to being at the store. The whole time I can hear staff chatting and see them on their phones in the back. Couldn’t even give me a refund after waiting that long
