  Love this place and the coffee is great. I ordered the Mexican spicy coffee and a piece of baklava. So good. It’s a great place to chill.

  Amazing experience today for Mother's Day! From the moment we walked in until we left, it was all good! Staff are friendly, respectful and very sweet. Swift in cleaning the tables for customers to sit. Food was amazing and great size portions. Left with to go baked goodies! We will definitely be back!

  Pistachio Café in New Haven is an absolute gem and quickly becoming one of my favorite spots in the area. We tried the Pistachio Latte and the Almond Latte, and both were outstanding — rich, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The baklava and the cashew‑nut cake were equally impressive, with fresh flavors that paired perfectly with the coffee. The ambience is warm and inviting, with plenty of seating and a relaxed vibe that makes it easy to settle in. Parking is conveniently available in the paid lot right next door, which is a big plus for this part of town. The location itself has a great energy and feels perfect for a casual hangout or a quiet coffee break. If I had to point out anything, the decorated seating area could have been a bit cleaner — our table had some dust — and the service was slightly slow. But honestly, given that their specialty drinks take time to prepare, it didn’t feel like a major drawback. Overall, Pistachio Café delivers fantastic coffee, delicious desserts, and a lovely atmosphere. With just a little more attention to cleanliness, it would be flawless. Still, it’s absolutely worth visiting for the drinks and the vibe alone.

  i wanted to share a really wonderful act of kindness that we experienced from the people at pistachio. we stopped in last week while on a road trip back to Canada and unfortunately forgot our backpack there. the next day, the manager went out of his way to have it shipped to us! saving us money and time because we would've had to turn around and come back... honestly it was such a light to have someone be so responsive and willing to help so quickly. the food was also excellent. we highly recommend supporting their business cause they seem like straight up good folks!
