  The staff is for the most part nice and they make the experience enjoyable even if they do end up forgetting some of the drinks. My only problem is the manager, I don’t know her name other than that she looks like a cocoa puff, she’s very much has a short temper and made my experience unpleasant. Food was decent

  I've been a customer for almost 3 years now, the kind of staff they have hired and the attitude they show me (a South Asian) is horrible. The last time I came spent almost $150 with a part of 3. The staff forgot my order and ignored me for at least 15 mins. I had to stand and wait for my order (When the cafe had only 3 customers and they were us) I visited today while I was going home and wanted to pick a few slices of cakes. The lady just dropped the cakes in a plastic box and put it across. No acknowledgement No smile No Nothing. And a girl group in front of me got a full service based on their attire and how they physically look. When I asked for a bag, it was dismissive and I was given a look of annoyance. Whenever I visit here I get eyes on me. Why? Is it because of my ethnicity? I had to censor my comments here because I do not want to get blocked by Google but I'm sure that you will not get my business or my friends' again.

  Reserved the salon for a graduation brunch celebration. It's was excellent from the food, to the service to the ambience! Everyone loved it!!

  I had such a great experience at Pistachio Cafe 2 thanks to Nazli. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made the whole atmosphere feel warm and comfortable from the moment I walked in. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in what she does. My drink was made perfectly, and the attention to detail was noticeable in both the presentation and the taste. Even while the cafe was busy, Nazli stayed patient, positive, and professional with everyone. Great customer service like hers really stands out and is the reason people keep coming back. Definitely one of the best cafe experiences I’ve had.

  Nice vibe. Friendly waitstaff. Owner and family there - lovely - but instant vibe shift-their whole meal delivered instantly while we waited 30 minutes for beverages / also noticed owner degrading several staff in front of customers /unnecessary. Coffees arrived after we finished meal. Probably won’t return but nice to try.
