- JGJ GiovanniApr 15, 20261.0I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience really stood out and not in a good way. I ordered from Papa John’s through Uber Eats and spent damn near $60, only for my order to arrive incomplete (missing wings). Mistakes happen, so I contacted the driver, who acknowledged the issue but refused to go back and pick up the missing item. I then called the store directly, expecting some level of accountability or at least an attempt to make it right. Unfortunately, the manager I spoke with was dismissive and unwilling to help resolve the situation. What’s frustrating isn’t just the missing food it’s the complete lack of ownership from both the delivery side and the store especially after spending that much money. As a customer, you’re left stuck in the middle with no solution and no support. I’d really appreciate if someone from corporate could explain how situations like this are supposed to be handled, because right now it feels like once something goes wrong, no one is responsible for fixing it. Definitely hoping for a better experience next time, but this one missed the mark entirely.
