  I honestly don't make reviews unless I am actually bothered. They're usually really good. The weekends early morning but I went through the week monday, around 11. The girl at the window that handed me the coffee, I told her the coffee doesn't look right. And she gave very much an attitude . I wasnt even rude about it . Then the one who fixed it said she did fix it and it looked the same. I usually never have a problem until now . She also gave me an attitude when I asked for a cup of ice and an equal to fix it myself. Did even say have a good day or anything. I've worked for dunkin in the past for over 7 years to know what my coffee is supposed to look like . But the main issue was the lack of customer service.

  Stuck in line for over 45 minutes. Ridiculous. Couldn’t even leave because I was trapped between cars. Put me behind, a drive thru line should not take this long.

  The worst dunkin I have ever been to. Waited in the drive thru line for 45 minutes, she girl kept saying “I’ll be right with you” then would disappear. Of course I wasn’t able to leave because I was trapped between cars. Do not go here.

  The young woman who was working super early morning on Tuesday 4/21 deserves a raise. I wish I got her name - Hispanic, medium height - I feel rude describing her like that lol but she was by herself, hustling like a boss and still super polite at like 4am.

  Waited to long for service they should either close or do something about the wait time. 30 plus minutes in the drive through is ridiculous
