- MMMillieOct 4, 20262.0I went in Today I asked for a specific order the lady that took my order did not understand what I was explaining to her. They overcharged me for two turbo shots when I asked for 1 the coffee did not look like what’s on the picture the coffee was too strong we we at the window trying to get their attention but ignored me The drink was supposed to come with a chocolate swirl That was not added
- EGehsan ghSep 11, 20261.0I got food poison form a sandwich, hash brown and mocha. It hurts my stomach. Apart from that, they have horrible rude staff. Just Disgusting
- CCCarolina CruzAug 29, 20261.0Every time I come to this place, the service is terrible; on top of that, they always get the drinks wrong, and the customer service is appalling.
- PPPanasonicVCRAug 1, 20262.0Employees smoke cigarettes outside then come inside to make coffee and not wash their hands. I've been rung out a few times and get my coffee and before leaving I have to ask if my card went through because they dont bother to finish the transaction. Twice my coffee tasted like cleaner. I stopped coming here going to work because it's just a mess. I always waited on average 10 mins for my coffee, and yes I timed it when i ordered.
- BBBriannaJul 1, 20261.0Went in around 8 in the morning their attitudes were terrible just plain out rude. They got 2 items out of 7 correct. 2 of the coffees were supposed to be light and sweet came out black. Asked if they would please put cream and sugar in them- instead they handed us a handful of creamers and sugar packets without saying anything back. Our wake up wraps were literally balled up like they were squeezed into a ball? Asked for omelet bites ended up with a crescent roll instead. Told them, they snatched the bag and plopped the omelette bites down like we were wrong?? And then had us waiting over 5 minutes for one donut? That they basically threw onto the counter- again no words or communication on their end the entire time.
