  The rice was uncooked, the music was loud and disturbing, and after we paid they accused us of not paying due to an employee not closing out our order. We had to clean our own tables

  This has been by far the very worst experience I have ever had in a Chipotle Mexican Grill ever. As soon as we walked in the restaurant, every table had some sort of trash or food on it. Every trashcan in the restaurant was overflowing with trash and a number of employees were sitting in the dining area on their cellphones. No napkins anywhere to be found, had to ask the employee at the counter... which he gladly gave me, but still left the napkin holders empty... and went back onto his cellphone. Chipotle... you need to do better.

  "We do not have cups for drinking water." Screw you, never had a restaurant/fast food place tell me this. You could have given me a soda cup at minimum.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The employee assisting customers had a rude attitude and seemed uninterested in providing good service. My bowl was thrown together carelessly and looked extremely messy. Several ingredients and items were empty, which limited my options and made the experience even worse. What was most concerning was that the staff did not appear to change their gloves between handling different customers' orders. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. Overall, the service, food presentation, and hygiene standards were far below expectations. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

  Utterly apathetic employees who clearly could not care less, lazily throwing ingredients all around and unable to even say “hi” or “hello”. Unbelievably bad service that clearly directly translated to food quality and health. Their lackadaisical attitude was clearly reflected in ingredient quality and health standards and the morning after immediately I unsurprisingly had diarrhea. The poor management and staff at this location is borderline a dangerous public health risk. This is easily the worst Chipotle location I have ever been to and strongly encourage trying any other restaurant in the vicinity or seriously risking contaminated or undercooked food.
