    worst place for delivery. I've ordered from this place a total of 3 times and twice my order was messed and all 3 times the food was garbage and belonged in it. always forget something either a soda or something else that was ordered never complete. Just got a delivery and a oily substance was all over the bag and they blamed it on the driver being new but refused to do anything about it. so paid almost $50 for food I can't even trust to eat. I know I'm only one customer but I'm a lost customer I will never order from this place again

    If I could give this place 0 to NEGATIVE stars I absolutely would ! I have NEVER experienced such disrespectful, unprofessional behavior from anyone in customer service EVER! I called the New Haven location and had the most unfortunate experience of speaking to “Raj” who told me what I SHOULD order because HE’S in a rush when the restaurant closes at 2 o’clock in the morning ! Where are you rushing to several hours before closing ?!? And then when my boyfriend goes to give them a phone call back , now he shut the phones off so NO ONE would be able to get through and order! How disgusting of someone to be representing an entire restaurant with that attitude ! I am now CONCERNED and VERY WEARY to ever order from this chain after this awful display of “customer service.” Please beware, and think twice before calling here !
