I usually go to Orange 7brew to get my coffee, but I recently just went to the New Haven location because one of the New Haven workers named Aliyah told me to come visit. Coincidentally I saw here working there too. The staff over there is engaged and energetic. From the people working outside. To inside everyone is just so kind. Great conversations. Great customer service. Delicious drinks. Aliyah and Emily were so kind to me while outside asking me about my day and all. Even a question of the day. So cool! They are some gorgeous soulful women. Will definitely be back because of them!
I loved visiting this place. I am from Europe so we don’t have this delicacy. Firstly, Gabby and Kish helped me out. Gabby helped me pick out the most delicious drink and Kish and me had a great conversation on my travels. Everyone seemed to be having fun and I loved the music playing. I wish I could come back everyday. LOVE IT!!! xo from Germany.
Hello I go 7brew all the time I’ve had great experiences. I’ve gotta really close with the employees I believe his name is Elijah? He is unbelievable funny and kind. Even when there was a mistake with my drink he took accountability and made sure it was made correct. I also had a great run with I believe his name Dylan he gave me great drink recommendations and his energy is off the charts. I ❤️ 7brew

Starbucks was closed today for some reason so I figured I'd try this place out. They don't sell coffee. They sell iced drinks that pretend to be coffee so my choice was either a cold brew or a Americano. I was already stuck in line, so I went with the cold brew.
I was also hungry. There was no food listed on the menu that I could see while I was waiting in line. But they told me they sold muffin tops. So I said okay. I'll try one.
They gave it to me. It was pretty much Frozen. So how was I supposed to eat that in my car?
So no hot coffee to speak of a frozen muffin top. Very expensive so I guess I won't be going there anymore. Oh and of course it's run by children.
On the 23rd I ordered a some drinks as a walk up and was told my card didn’t go through when the worker who took my order returned I tapped again, assuming she just hadn’t finalized the order, but the almost immediately noticed due to my notifications that I had been charged both for my 10 dollar order but also for another persons 32 dollar order when I originally paid when I informed the worker of this she told me something along the lines of, that sucks and almost immediately turned around as I was saying I guessed I could dispute it with my bank if they couldn’t refund me by the time, I finish my sentence she was already gone. I called my bank and of course, because the charge was still pending and the holiday weekend they weren’t able to do anything for me. When a worker appeared again, I asked if I could speak to someone about a refund. It took them over 20 minutes as they had multiple technological issues with tablets to find a tablet that could refund me and when I finally was told I was refunded I had no verification on my phone or apple wallet that I had any kind of refund in my account. I told the girl this and was frustrated as not only was I out of $30 but I was being constantly dismissed about this serious problem and that it was taking so much fighting for them to apologize and fix it. The only thing they offered in terms of reconciliation were two free drink coupons which are not nearly equivalent to $30. She essentially told me that that wasn’t her problem anymore as her computer, which once again was having multiple issues, told her it was refunded it was refunded, and that if I did not get it when my pending charges went through, I could return to talk to her. I left and today (4 days later) when my charges went through of course I did not have my refund. I went back and had to fight with the workers to give me my money back. It turns out they did not return the money to the correct account number because once again my card did not acknowledge the transaction of the refund, and so they refunded the person whose order I originally paid for, and none of this was resolved until my white and combative boyfriend had to step in and speak for me to actually get a cash refund as they were telling me this was no longer their issue and to call my bank. I’m very disappointed in this transaction me and my boyfriend were regulars and will now no longer be going to this location, which is closest to me because of their poor customer service and attitudes.
