i love the staff! this is my regular 7 brew spot and everyone is typically so so kind and awesome! plus, everything comes out regularly fast and always tastes good! some of the conversations i have with them while i am waiting are always so memorable, as well as just the kind mannerisms when they take my order! i also love love love how there is such a wide variety of drinks and flavor combinations—there truly is something for everyone!

I wanted to get an energy drink with vanilla and Tahira recommended brew frost for me and it was sooo good. Would recommend!

[Consider Avoiding] I’ve had some perfectly fine experiences at this location before, which is why this one was especially disappointing. Tahira and her manager Sydney may need a little more customer-service training. I had requested a replacement for a free drink I had received from another location. After I had already driven miles toward this location, I realized the issue and asked about getting the replacement. Rather than simply helping a regular customer, I was told I would need to pay for the remake because I was no longer at the original location. The way Tahira handled it also made me feel as though she seemed to enjoy telling me no, rather than trying to help resolve the situation. To assure Tahira this wasn’t some elaborate coffee ploy, I even offered to toss the original drink, which I had only taken a couple of sips from. There really was no reason to turn a simple customer-service issue into a negotiation. There’s no point in playing hardball with a regular customer over a cup of coffee. Unfortunately, knowing this approach comes from management makes me less likely to support this location going forward.

7 Brew is one of THE BEST coffee shops I've ever been to! The coffee is DELICIOUS, and there are so many options to choose from! The staff is super friendly and welcoming. I also love how upbeat and positive the atmosphere is! I would definitely recommend checking them out if you're looking for a good coffee 😋.
