But they never did. We let them know it was taking too much time, and the employee got mad and even slammed the drive-through window on us. very unprofessional.

I’ve been going to that Dunkin for about a year, and the other day was the first time any of the workers smiled at me. The espresso is also undrinkable. The only reason I ever go is when they have the meal deal that’s a coffee, sandwich, and hash browns for $6. You get what you pay for, but at least it’s fast and… well, usually edible.
