I could never go there and just get a good iced coffee. There is one girl at night with curly hair that makes my drink great every single time but the morning crew is horrible. I just don’t understand how I can go to get the same exact coffee somewhere else and it’s perfectly fine and when I go to this One location, cause it’s close to my house and the most convenient. It’s always bad. It’s really disappointing. The dark skin guy that is at the window every morning is rude and disrespectful There is no telling him that he made a mistake lol Nothing new

My bacon, egg, and cheese croissant was missing most of the top half of the croissant, making it difficult to eat and looking like it was put together carelessly. My glazed doughnut also had chocolate smeared on it, even though I didn’t order a chocolate doughnut. Quality control should have caught both of these issues before the order was handed out. I understand mistakes happen, but this wasn’t the level of care I expected. I hope the team pays closer attention to food preparation and presentation in the future.”
