- TDTina DemoyaMay 12, 20261.0I was here today around 6:05pm &&& left very disappointed with my service today at this location today. I ordered two beverages: a large iced Dunkalatte latte with 3 caramel swirls and a raspberry limeade refresher. From the moment I walked in, the employee seemed irritated that customers were entering the store or unprepared to assist me. She was not listening to me while I was placing my order, I had to repeat myself multiple times just to explain the drink I wanted. Unfortunately, I still did not receive the correct beverage. The drink I was given does not taste like a Dunkalatte and I’m pretty sure I was given an iced coffee instead because Im a regular at a different location. There was no coffee milk or caramel swirls in my coffee and the quality was honestly terrible. On top of that, I was told there were no limeade refreshers available. What frustrated me most was that after saying there were no refreshers, the employee immediately offered me water instead. If I wanted water, I would have gone to the convenience store next door instead of paying for specialty drinks at Dunkin’. I usually choose the Noble Gas Station Dunkin’ location nearby because I’ve had much better service there, and after this experience, I will not be returning to this location. The employee working today seriously needs coaching on customer service, active listening, and drink consistency. I would really appreciate a refund because the drink I received was poorly made and not what I ordered.

I don't know if its inadequate training or understanding to do the task of making a matcha latte but I pay for a cup size with it being half empty. Also they always get my food order wrong.
