  The drive thru is absolutely horrendous. Some, thankfully not all, of the employees also don't listen to what you are trying to say. I don't have an accent so it shouldn't be difficult to hear what I am trying to say.

  Went here this morning 3 hash 2 snacking bacon 6 donuts. Waited in a long line got up. Got my order alon with 2 bottles of orange juice . I was eating in the car and realized a bacon was missing. Turned right around went into the store. Let the girl at the counter know (she gets me a snackin bacon) at this point its a inconvenience my gas my time and all my food was not there so what can you do ? she gets the manager and the manager lady lets me know that whoever did my order put in both bacon in the bag. At that point your insinuating that Im lieing. Why would I lie over four bucks. You see I understand things happens But how you treat and react to your customer should be respectful if not friendly. She just gives me a package a prepacked mini donuts doesnt even ask if that was ok no words and walk away nothing no words. She doesnt ask how she could help . You could a offered a small coffee matter a fact extra donut. Even a water in a cup. All around 3-4 bucks .she had no consideration for me nor time. I will never go back here . Not my 1st issue here.

  March 27 2026 around 3:15 pm this lady had some type of attitude at my grandfather because he asked if he can toast his sandwich and then she finished our order when we wasn't done. Then another lady took over (and they already processed our order so we had to pay for 2 orders when we were making just one.) and she came at us with a attitude and said "What else y'all want!" So then we go down to the window and it was a guy and he didn't know about our 2 orders we didn't want so he was confused so I don't know if I can blame him cause I'd be confused too.

  They are terrible at making coffee.Nasty attitudes.Today a brang back a coffee due to no flavor , carelessly made as usual. Plus gave me cold hash browns. The rican manager babysat the white lady , sorry I don’t know their names so that’s the description I have in mind and she said next time call before returning or ask for your receipt.your job is to always give the receipt Know your jobs!

  I guess butter is too expensive to give out as my bagel either had no butter or so little it was very dry.
