We had clarified with her about three to four times that we wanted caramel on the inside of the cup . NOT Carmel swirl... Her attitude was strong and disrespectful... The next customers order two hot chocolate and she screamed "DO YOU WANT WHIPPED CREAM ON BOTH OR ONE!" LIKE what a miserable woman.. Oh and if she's reading this... You got it wrong... Like we thought and that's why we tripled asked you the same thing over and over and over... I work in a restaurant so I should know better than what you gave us today. Made us want to jump through the window.. Smh... That was foolishness. Carmel on the top... But no Carmel on the sides.. Please try listening better next time.
