    First off. This is my first time in this location no bread and no toppings ready and the young white lady with GLASSES is so rude! NEVER EVER EVER going back there again!! Fix your staff member

    This location is fine, the staff were nice, and helped you fairly fast. But, I do have to say that the proportions you get now compared to how loaded the grinders used to be when I was a bit younger, are no longer the same. The prices have obviously increased from what they used to be just like most every place nowadays. But, it truly seemed like the amount of toppings you get in the grinders now are definitely not as much as they used to give before. Which is disappointing especially when you're paying more just to get less. Also at this particular location the restaurants bathroom has been out of operation for quite a while. Which isn't a deal breaker but you'd think it would've been fixed by now. So, overall if you're looking to get a grinder somewhat quickly it's an average spot, but there are definitely some way better options in Naugatuck.

    I usually don’t write reviews but here’s a store with a staff that really deserves recognition. I went to subway sometime last week and there was a girl named Daria, while being slammed she still kept a smile and tried her best, she was fast and nice and kept up with customers even though some may have not been so nice. I went back may 29th and the women working that night were super fast and super nice. The team work with one woman putting the meats and another woman putting the vegetables. The cleanliness while still making food and all while being under pressure of more customers coming in along with the orders dinging one after the other. I went back the next day to get something before work around 12:30ish, The same women were there and man were they slammed. But even while being slammed the communication and fast paced and teamwork were all still there! The smiles even while being under so much pressure. I definitely will be coming back.

    I recently visited this location and was disappointed with my experience. The employee who assisted me seemed very new and unfortunately, lacked proper training. She appeared lost and unsure of how to handle basic tasks. For example, when I asked to pay part of my bill in cash and the remaining balance via Apple Pay, she charged the full amount to my card without confirming, and then couldn't figure out how to process a refund for the cash portion I intended to use. The sandwich I ordered was also messily prepared. It's clear that more comprehensive training is needed for new staff to ensure a smoother customer experience…..
