  The bottle and can redemption area is always completely messy,dirty and unorganized,on top of that,the machines are constantly out of order and never seem to work properly.to make matter worse, some of the employees are poorly trained and clearly do not know how to do their jobs when you ask for help.the management really need to step in,fix these machines,clean up area and properly train the staff.

  As someone who has been shopping in this store for 15 year i am appalled at the state of the store. there is boxes everywhere and the staff stink eye you and are constantly rude. i stared at these two employees for 20 minutes before they asked if i needed help! they were too busy talking to each other to provide a customer assistance ridiculous!!! I will be going to another stop and shop from now on also when i got home my coleslaw tasted funny and i was in the bathroom all night!!!!! I got food poisoning!!! avoid this place

  The bakery manager Amaya helped us so much and had great patience with all of our questions and very knowledgeable. store manger quality and should be noticed as a great leader not just a manger

  Management is awful,extremely rude. Store is nasty and smelly 🤢🤢🤢. New management needed. Most employees are fairly nice and well mannered. Stop & shop Naugatuck is outdated and is in dire need of upgrading.
