  We just went through the drive-thru and it was an awful experience. Not only did the woman rush us, even though noone was behind us, or infront of us, and noone was inside (I know this because I had to run my daughter inside to use the bathroom), but she got so much wrong. We ordered 2 plain double cheeseburgers (one had everything on, and one was right which is strange you would think if they got one right they could get the other one right), we ordered apple slices and chocolate milk for our daughter and she got apple juice and fries, and we ordered ranch and we didnt get any. We also had to wait about 15 minutes for our food which was just strange because, as previously mentioned, noone was there. Would not recommend, and won't go back to that one again.

  I've never liked fast food in general, but McDonald's was always my least favorite for many reasons. But, it used to be a cheap way to get something fast when needed. While also being a spot for parents to take their kids at to have a little fun when they used to have the playground areas. But, unfortunately none of this has been the case for quite some time now. With some of the combo meals now costing over $12 bucks. And the kid friendly aesthetic being swapped out for what is now a minimalist & modern looking snooze factory. So personally McDonald's is definitely not worth it any longer in more ways then one. Because, it's not like it suddenly became healthier, tastier, bigger, or really anything that could be considered worth it against all of the negative factors that kept stacking up. And, at this location in particular a lot of times the food comes sloppily made, incorrect, cold, or all of the above. Not to mention more than not the employees here are either poorly trained, incompetent, unfriendly, downright rude, or you guessed it, all the above. And one of the major issues that I've noticed several times is the fact that they have employees that literally can barely speak English upfront taking the orders. Now while I do believe in diverse & fair hiring opportunities. I also feel that there should be only english speaking or bilingual employees to handle the positions where guests need constant verbal assistance. It's extremely frustrating and near impossible to get your order placed correctly when the person taking it literally cannot talk to you because they don't speak a lick of english at all. Or speak it so poorly that communication from both sides isn't possible. So, in conclusion I don't like McDonald's at all anymore, but especially this location. Because, of the fact that everything in life has gotten so expensive lately, that wasting a single cent at a place as awful as this one simply has no pros to it anymore, not even a little bit. So I highly suggest going somewhere better!

  I pulled up to this restaurant to pick up an online order and the drive thru line was AROUND THE CORNER! Everyone literally parked their car. I called and got the RUDEST attitude while she told me that they are closed..? At 4:30 pm?? Ridiculous. It’s never ending with this location.
