Out of courtesy I went around to let the people behind me go ahead. I waited until 7:00 and was given an attitude when I finally made it to the window a second time. I ordered a veggie burrito, took one bite, and it was meat. Wrong order completely. This place is a joke!

After waiting over 10 minutes in line because the service was incredibly slow and the line was barely moving, someone finally started helping my husband and me. However, in the middle of assisting us, he just walked away and left us standing there without any explanation. I have no idea if he went to the restroom or what happened, but he never came back. I then asked another employee where the person helping us had gone, and instead of assisting us or finding someone to help, they continued their conversation as if nothing had happened. The customer service was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Definitely not a place I would recommend, and I will not be returning.
