Everytime i order pick up, or even working for doordash and picking up, i have to wait at least an additional 10-15 minutes. They even ran out of every single protein when i was there last. Its not rocket science yall get it together. I will never eat here. I dont want any compensation i just want yall to fix this BS.

I wish I saw this man’s name tag, I assume he was the owner or manager, but he was diligently trying to fix the situation. He was incredibly kind and mindful of everyone’s lunch time limitations despite experiencing a significant amount of stress with a scenario out of his control. He took care of his customers and I will absolutely always go here because of his approach! The establishment was clean, food was tasty, and customer service was 10/10.
- JJJeanAug 18, 20261.0It sucks how much they skimp you out here. I get more food on a $13 bowl in person then a $25 bowl online (before any fees btw) and I'm not even exaggerating. They ignore things extra rice, cheese, and would even skimp you out on meat when ordering online. It cost way too much money for them to be playing with me like that. Today sealed the deal my bowl was absolutely pathetic for $25.
