The s’mores mocha was delicious (albeit a little sweet), and the brioche French toast was perfect. With a side of perfectly cooked bacon this is a great spot when in Mystic… did I mention the staff was super friendly? 😀

The chicken and waffles were absolutely delicious. My kids (who can eat gluten) also raved about their food. The mango lemonade was amazing as well. The staff was super nice and made the whole experience wonderful. Can't wait to come back and visit again!

Their specialty popovers are a must-try. They are unique and delicious. I also love the brioche French toast, which was excellent, they served it with real maple syrup. One thing that really stood out was how accommodating they were with food allergies. Breakfast restaurants can often be challenging for people with allergies or food sensitivities are involved, but Popover Eatery offered several vegan and dairy-free options. The dairy-free Morning Glory muffin was especially delicious and quickly became a favorite during our trip. The dairy-free smoothies were also excellent. The service was exceptional. The servers were friendly and attentive. They stopped by after our meal to ask how everything was and even shared recommendations for places to visit around Mystic and the neighboring towns, which was a very thoughtful touch. We found ourselves coming back every morning during our trip and would gladly visit again. Overall, this is a place I would happily recommend to anyone visiting Mystic. Great food, accommodating menu options, and some of the kindest service we encountered during our trip. Please never change!
