  The young brunette female working the drive thru, yesterday, Sunday July 5th, handed me my drink and said "I TOOK A SIP TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OK" Then another female employee was hysterically laughing inside. KEEP YOUR NASTY LIPS OFF OF OUR FOOD AND BEVERAGES!!!!! I AM LIVID AND ALREADY CONTACTED CORPORATE

  PLEASE READ AND BE AWARE OF WHAT STAFF SAID/HOW THEY ACTED: Yesterday, Sunday July 5th 2026, around 4:30pm I ordered a LG frozen coffee at the MOOSUP CT Dunkin Donuts. I pulled up to the window, a young, brunette female was the one to say this to me.... The girl had the AUDACITY to say to me that "I tasted it to make sure it was good" then I heard an UGLY IMMATURE CAVKLE OF A LAUGH from another female employee who i didn't see. This is my 1st step, to post a review. My 2nd step will be to contact Dunkin Donuts corporate, and the store this happened at. I MAY report this to the media after that. JOKING ABOUT MESSING WITH SOMEONES FOOD SHOULD NEVER BE OK!!! The lid even looked funny, there WAS spillage that looked like she DID put her NASTY LIPS on MY CUP?!?! I AM DEMANDING CAMERA FOOTAGE REVIEW AND THEM BOTH BEING FIRED. I AM NOW BOYCOTTING DUNKIN FOR A LACK OF TRUST AFTER THIS.

  Every time I come in there is no product. Only specialty donuts that apparently no one wants. Being back jelly donuts and sticks, and blueberry cake donuts. And have bagels and muffins available at lunch. This will be another chain closing soon by not listening to customers

  I genuinely cannot believe how badly this Dunkin messes up. Every. Single. Time. It takes talent at this point to be so bad!! I walked there with my son and had a mobile order. First, my drink wasn't correct. They gave me a peach zero instead of a peach iced tea. Not a big deal. I like the peach zero. I check to make sure I have the rest of my order and it looks like everything is in the bag. So I walk home. Once I’m home I realize they gave me plain cream cheese on my bagel instead of the strawberry I ordered. I walk all the way back and let them know my order was wrong. They barely acknowledged me or their mistake despite it being the SECOND on the same order. I go to another Dunkin whenever possible but this one is the closest in walking distance and my son enjoys the walks there for a hash brown or bagel. It’s extremely frustrating to have something wrong every single time I go there. I keep hoping they’ll see their bad reviews and work to be better but that doesn’t seem to be the case. If you’re ok with multiple errors to your order every time you go, this is the Dunkin for you! If not, go somewhere else.

  I never write reviews, but as a busy mom and business owner always on the go, I felt this one was worth it. Today was my first time visiting this Dunkin, and I was honestly impressed from the moment I walked in. Even though they were busy, one employee was changing all the trash bins while another was wiping down tables with sanitizer. When I got to the counter, two employees paused just long enough to acknowledge me and let me know someone would be right with me. I waited less than five seconds before a young woman kindly took my order. I have a picky eater who loves chocolate-covered coffee rolls, and I didn't see any on the shelf. When I asked if they had any in the back, I expected to hear they were out--but instead, she offered to make one fresh and said it would only take about 30 seconds. She absolutely made my son's day! I also ordered two frozen hot chocolates. At other Dunkin locations, they're usually pretty plain-- usually a tiny splash of whipped cream and maybe if they feel like it a dab of chocolate but these looked amazing, filled to the top with whipped cream and a generous drizzle of chocolate. This will officially be my new go-to Dunkin. Working in food service isn't easy, especially dealing with the public nonstop, but the employees here were truly outstanding.
