  First time trying Wayback; disappointing. I was going to love it. Burger with bacon found the meat dry, 2 patties stacked together with nothing between the patties causing it to be one large thick patty. Fried pickles were little Spicy and greasy. Onion rings were good. The worst was the $8 vanilla milkshake, there was no flavor at all. Ate some of the $31 meal and dumped the rest. Last, Monroe,CT location has no drive thru.

  Will not be coming here again. They offer free single burgers and I follow guidelines and it does not show up on purchase. Mine actually showed 2 free when I put the order in but never received and they said I did not do it.

  Always takes forever, I show up 25 minutes after I order online and I still have to wait everytime. This time my cheesesteak was sitting on the counter getting cold and dry and he still told me to wait after asking my name 3 times. Chicken tenders are disgusting, wet and falling apart. They just came in two fry boats put together instead of an actual container

  Service was amazing! The staff were very friendly and the food was fresh and tasty. Great vibe 👌
