  Today we went to our usual Dunkin in Monroe. Usually always quick and easy. This time we got there around 9:26 am. Of course there was a line no big deal. When I went to order, the guy asked me what I wanted I only gave him one item then he stopped responding. Finally he comes back to the wi doe I order the other four items. We get to the window. 4 out of 5 of these items I know are premade. The fact it took 25 mins to get them was outrageous, then they forgot two of the items and one of the drinks came out wrong. I’ve worked food business all my life it should not be this disorganized for a simple Dunkin run.

  The management sucks they need to treat they employees better if u want your franchise to be successful they leave they brand new employees with no knowledge to run the establishment with no ideal training they need to do better having a new employees run the store alone in a rush is not it do better ..

  Customer service plummeted, lady which I suspect may the manager is rude, waited 10+ minutes for 2 drinks at 3pm when there was one other car . She showed no concern for the wait or even apologized. She gave no greetings or and character, other staff had to apologize for everything.

  I’m not one to leave a review on places but when it comes to my hard working money crosses the line! I always get a $6 meal deal which is a medium coffee, BEC and hash browns. Every time I go it’s a different price on the meal one day it’s 7.50 I don’t mind because I do add to my coffee! But some days which has happened 3 times already it’s somehow $11 dollars I ask why and they say it’s because I added to my coffee when truly adding does not rack up to $11 they basically charged me for how much the original meal will cost without the deal. I hate being the person to leave a bad review I’m 20 years old I usually don’t care but they are literally stealing money. (only reason I kept going back was to see if the first time was a mistake but no the price changes every day when I go!) (and they didn’t add Carmel to my coffee they started my order before the order ever hit the screen and added sugar and diluted it because they didn’t want to throw the sugar away!!!) they forgot my hash browns too😂idk what they have going on

  Who runs the drive through needs to be moved. They’ll greet you with “Hello?”, “Hello?”. Haha wild and unprofessional.
