- RPRyan PerrottaSep 18, 20261.0The absolute worst pick up experience ever. Stay away. They literally stopped making online orders for over an hour, despite providing reasonable pick up times, while everyone who ordered was waiting for pick up. Manager beyond useless. I’m not sure how anyone could work there - or order from there.
- SMStephen MillerSep 15, 20262.0I thought this location somewhat recently experienced a corporate intervention. What now. Please train the staff (for burritos) to balance the ingredients limiting the wetness, AND ESPECIALLY fold the tortilla so I can actually hold it without the thing requiring a bowl. The tortilla is pointless. Come on, no wonder the bowls sell more because none of your staff have any clue how to prepare a burrito.
- DLDJ LSep 4, 20262.0Yea I usually like it here but it was awful tonight. Mobile ordered, half of my bowl was empty, and the chicken was awful. Please make the moment right.
- ACApril ColonAug 31, 20263.0Ordered through the app. Food tasted good, but the portions were horrible 😅 Not sure if this crew missed the memo from the Chipotle CEO, but half my bowl was basically missing. Maybe it was just an off day with this location, but definitely no bueno.
- JGJoshua GreyAug 21, 20263.0Food is hit or miss as some sits on the line for awhile. If they run out of something within an hour and a half of closing they dont make more. The dining area can be busy and tables are not kept clean. Trash area by door is regularly overflowing. Menu boards do not always show main courses instead boards will be promoting something; so pricing is hidden on burritos & bowls [main items].
