  Food was absolutely terrible. Barely even 2 bites in the the food was ridiculously salty literally ruined my mood. By far the worst chipotle experience ever. Please be careful when making people’s food

  I have been going to this place since it opened and every single time I go the portions get smaller and smaller. The burrito bowl that was just handed to me was downright insulting. It’s less than half a bowl. And the guy had the audacity to tell me that he can give me more rice or sour cream, but nothing else. And the worst part? I’ll be back tomorrow.

  I drove my disabled adult son to Chipotle in Monroe, CT this evening. He went in and ordered a bowl and a quesadilla. He was told they could not make him the quesadilla because he had to order it online or on the app. He came back out to the car quite upset.So, I downloaded the app but couldn't open it. I went online but the menu wouldn't open. What am I supposed to do? Drive home where I have service, order online and then drive back to Chipotle? Ridiculous. I drove to the drive up window to ask why they wouldn't make my son a quesadilla. I was told it was a policy at many Chipotles and the manager of the Monroe Chipotle recently instituted this policy. The employee told me it is to alleviate congestion in the restaurant when busy. I looked beyond her and saw no one in line. I asked, "And are you very busy now?" Gotcha - they weren't and she said my son could come back in and they would make the quesadilla. My thought is discrimination: what if you are low income and can't afford a smart phone? What if you are elderly and are not tech savvy but still enjoy a Chipotle's quesadilla? Or what if you have a disability and it is a good life skill to go into a restaurant and order in person? By the way, my son was wearing a Special Olympics hat today.

  If head office were to go in around 7-8pm that store would be closed immediately. Me and my daughter went for a late dinner as we walked up to the counter we planned on sitting inside, However every single table was covered in food and trash. Whilst getting our food we noticed every single countertop was covered in food drippings. When we got our food we went around the corner to the drinks machine not only did me and my daughter nearly slip on the over spilling ice, which is a massive lawsuit especially with no wet floor sign, there was again food splattered all over the place. To top it all off the drinks machine started to flood over onto the countertops and floor. I told some bearded guy about it and his response was “yeah, that happens” What an absolute shame because it’s a great store to have in Monroe, but honestly put me right off thinking they could be picking food off the ground and putting it back. Anyone have the number for Food, Health and Safety??
