  Ordered ONE milkshake through the drive thru. We were second in line and waiting . The girl who took our order came out the side door and cashed us out because the car in front of us had a huge order. She said she'd be right back with the shake. She came back and handed us the shake and walked away. We sipped the drink only to realize it was the wrong shake. We ordered a strawberry/ banana and what we got was a chocolate oreo. As we notice its wrong, I look up and the car in front of us is handing back their shake through the window. They got ours and vise versa. The employee then takes the shake back into the window , walks through the inside of the store and pops back out the door to hand us the shake that had been in the other car . I explain I didnt want a shake that was in someone else's car , they probably took a sip out of it! She insisted it wasnt in their car and was " inside the whole time". We WATCHED it happen. I wasnt about to argue with her. We took drink, drove to the garbage and threw it out. $10 for a milkshake , 20 min waiting for ONE milkshake and we had to throw it out because they cant get an order right, even if its only one item!!! Then they take food from inside one car and try to give it to the next car. Unsanitary and against the law!!! Will never go back , they cant even get a strawberry milkshake right.

  First time at sonic. I tasted (a bite/sip) the chicken sandwich and the philly as well as the dragon fruit slushie. It was better than I expected. Customer service was excellent ! The woman they had working at the window needs to be cloned! Good thing it's about 40 minutes away from us!

  I used the app to pre order which save a lot of waiting time, especially if you're ordering breakfast burritos. The Sonic breakfast burritos are excellent as are the potato tots.

  This place is the absolute worst. It’s the worst sonic in the world by far. Terrible service, terrible food. Literally go anywhere else!
