  Haven't tried the food . I add money to the play card on self service booth. The store to get items for your tickets doesn't have good things to choose. Over 70000 tickets and my daughter doesn't like a single thing . We browse every time but there's nothing she wants. Wish they had an online store where they had more options.

  I had a great experience at Dave & Buster’s, and I especially want to recognize our waiter, Natasha\! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit\. Her customer service was excellent, and she made our experience even more enjoyable\. It’s always nice to have someone who is welcoming, patient, and genuinely cares about their guests\. Thank you, Natasha, for making our visit a great one\! We’ll definitely be back\! 🎉

  Had my goddaughter’s birthday party here & it was a blast! Fun for everyone! Mark was the manager on duty & he was extremely helpful & friendly. Cassy was our server & she was absolutely amazing!! We never wanted or needed for anything. They made an amazing team & definitely made our experience so much better! THANK YOU MARK AND CASSY!!!!

  Today, I inquired about a transaction with my card and Alex whom is one of the managers said “Why didn’t you take care of it then?” and while I was speaking he decides to turn his back toward me as well as walk away! This guy is rude and refuses to provide any type of decent customer service to Dave & Buster’s clientele. How do I know? This encounter marks my second time interacting with him and neither experience have been pleasant. The other manager who I was informed is a GM (taller, heavy set gentleman with a gray beard), took about 45 minutes to even make a move to look into my inquiry. He believes he outsmarted me by making me wait, not knowing I’m a longtime client and knowledgeable enough to get corporate involved. The techs are courtesious and helpful as well as some of the bartenders. However, if you need service for anything that goes wrong with your card or experience, ask not to have Alex or the GM involved.

  Renee was absolutely wonderful as our party host for my son’s 11th birthday\! She was incredibly attentive, kind, and so much fun with the kids\. She had great ideas throughout the party and kept everything running smoothly and seamlessly, which allowed us to just enjoy the celebration without having to worry about anything\. She was always one step ahead and made sure everyone was having a great time\. We really appreciated how much effort and energy she put into making my son’s birthday feel special. Thank you, Renee, for helping make his day such a great one! Thank you to the other staff as well that helped! My son’s party was a hit for sure!
