  The bartenders Braiden and Dee are amazing. I would’ve given this a higher rating if it wasn’t for the man coming out of a women’s bathroom. When this was brought up to a manager his answer was that the guy was “too drunk”. My girlfriend was just about to walk in when we noticed him walking out. The guy was let go and nothing was done about this situation. If this behavior is condoned I would not recommend bringing your kids to this establishment.

  Had a great time at Dave & Buster’s with my family! The games were good, the food was good, and the atmosphere was awesome. Carissa was an awesome server who was friendly, attentive, and made our experience even better as a family. She went above and beyond! Loved eating here!! We’ll definitely be back soon!

  Service is always AWFUL!!!!!!!!! I don’t know who runs this place but they should be embarrassed. Every time I come here I think it’s going to get better and every time it’s not. It takes at least 10 minutes to get the bartenders attention and then another 10 to get the drink you wanted. And god forbid you change your mind within that 20 minutes because then a manager needs to be called!

  I had heard some not great reviews about this specific location but wanted to give it a try any way. We had a large party of 8 and were there for a birthday meal. Getting seated took us about 20 minutes despite the fact that the entire dining room was empty. It seemed like the hostess was being called everywhere except to seat people. Once seated, we were greeted about 10 minutes after. Our party was told that because we are a large party, gratuity would be automatically applied to our bill. I usually have no problem with this, but our service did not warrant the larger tip they received. We waited a very long time to order and had very few check ins with our waitress despite being one of the only tables. It took us over 30 minutes to get the check as our waitress never checked back in. The other issue I have with our visit is cleanliness. The game area seemed very clean, but the bathroom area has clearly not been maintained. I had a young child so I was planning to use the family restroom, when I walked in the family restroom the toilet was actually broken, and the room was a disaster. I also noticed that there was no changing table in the family restroom, which is odd. I then went into the women’s bathroom to check for a stall with a changing table. There was a stall with a changing table, but the one stall that had it, the handicap stall, did not have a lock that worked. I proceeded to look at other stalls and about half of them were not cleaned or were completely inoperable or their lock did not work. For the amount of money the games cost and the overall expense for a large party, the service should have been much better and the place should definitely be better maintained. If we were ever to go to another Dave and busters, I would most likely travel further to try a different location.

  The food here was pretty acceptable overall. It’s mostly the typical arcade and entertainment center food, such as burgers, fries, and other basic options. Nothing really stood out as amazing, but nothing was particularly bad either. If you come here expecting a gourmet meal, you will probably be disappointed, but if you just want something quick to eat while enjoying the attractions, it gets the job done. The games were definitely the highlight of the experience. The Cup Pong game was very fun and easy to get into, making it enjoyable for both casual and competitive players. One of my favorite attractions was the Mandalorian and Grogu coin pusher. It was surprisingly addictive, and I found myself wanting to keep playing to see what would happen next. The Minecraft game was also a lot of fun, especially because I got to play it with my family. It was a great shared experience and one of the most memorable parts of the visit. The biggest disappointment was the prize selection. After spending time earning tickets, the rewards felt fairly lackluster. My brother had a difficult time finding anything he actually wanted, which made redeeming tickets less exciting than it should have been. Overall, it was still a fun visit with enjoyable games and decent food. Highly recommend 8/10
