  I came with a very large group of about 17. Usually, you reasonably expect for things to go a bit slower. Maybe perhaps even a little attitude from the server due to the large order. However, Earl treated us graciously and efficiently. From the start, he had a great attitude and an enthusiastic personality. He showed us the menu, for any who weren’t familiar with it, such as myself. He was very organized and took our orders down quickly. The whole night, his service was top tier. There was also another great waitress helping him, but unfortunately, I don’t remember her name. So honestly, he did amazing. He deserves a raise or something. Also, the food came out delicious. Everything was fresh, hot and everybody got everything they ordered, specifications and all.

  Even though this is a Uber eats order, every time I go to this Buffalo wild wings it's always amazing the food is always hot fresh the service is always kind polite with a sense of humor, The vibes are always on point!!! I don't have no complaints about this location at all!

  I usually have a good experience at this buffalo wings. Tonight however, I did not. Firstly, I had asked for mango cart, which they didn’t have. I wasn’t aware until after everyone else in my party got their drinks. My waiter noticed I didn’t, and went to check on my drink and had to come back and let me know they were out of Mango Cart. Secondly, I had ordered the Beer Cheese Cheesesteak. Once it was placed down, I noticed it was off. It was literally bread, shaved steamed and barely melted Kraft cheese singles. Where was my beer cheese? The waiter came to check on us, I said “could I get I side of beer cheese? “ He saw my cheesesteak, and said “yeah that’s dry” so he took it back to the kitchen. My sister even said the she overheard our waiter say “yeah that’s a Kraft single”. He came back and was able to load my cheesesteak with some queso and added some green onion. He said “they were out of beer cheese”. So not only were they out of a beer, they were out of beer cheese. Two items I wanted and they were out. The fact they didn’t even inform their staff members they were out of two items is beyond me. How do you run an establishment by not informing staff members of items being out. How do you allow your employee to please an order for a beer cheese, when you don’t have beer cheese? Just very disappointed. My waiter did what he could to make my experience better. Disappointed in the establishment and the workers in the kitchen and behind the bar. No offer for a discount or to comp the cheesesteak that was missing an item. Not happy at all. Walking away disappointed.

  I haven’t been to this Buffalo Wild Wings in awhile so I stopped in for a bite to eat. Servers were great, food was great but before I finished my meal I overheard one of the managers talking to a server very disrespectfully. Completely ruined my meal the way he was talking to the female server. I do not enjoy seeing/hearing a MANAGER speak to someone, anyone in that manner. Ruined my experience and I will not return to this establishment to be a witness to that.

  This place is poorly managed. Servers are clearly overwhelmed, running nonstop between tables while managers just stand around instead of helping! You can tell the servers are trying but they’re not getting any support, so service ends up slow and messy… Honestly, great job to the servers for even holding it together! Management seriously needs to step it up… or step out!
