  We placed an order online for 20 wings to come pick it up and the Lady in the front with tattoos that was working didn’t even ask for my name but was doing her own thing on the system while our food was right behind her. We had to wait 5 min to get our food which was sitting right in front of us the whole time. Never again. Ohhhhhhhh also the wings were super dry we had to throw it out cuz ofcourse the lady wanted us to wait to get out our own food.

  We had a wonderful experience at Buffalo Wild Wings Milford, and Stephanie made it even better. She was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent customer service throughout our visit. She checked on us regularly, made sure our food arrived on time, and was always smiling and professional. Her positive attitude and dedication truly stood out. Thank you, Stephanie, for making our dining experience enjoyable. We appreciate your hard work and would be happy to be served by you again!

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We are from Houston, Texas came to Bridgeport, CT to visit family for memorial weekend. We came here Friday night (party of 9 with kids) the hostess (young white girl with black hair & glasses) told us it would be a 45 min wait time. We decided to leave. Came again today Sunday 05/24 (party of 9) same hostess told us there was a party of 11 ahead of us. We then asked her okay what if we split our party into 2. Told us most likely would be at different tables. Totally fine with us. She went to the back for a few minutes when she came back we were told that the only problem would be that she didn't want to skip the party of 11 ahead of us. We left. We decided to try the location on Shelton.

  I came with a very large group of about 17. Usually, you reasonably expect for things to go a bit slower. Maybe perhaps even a little attitude from the server due to the large order. However, Earl treated us graciously and efficiently. From the start, he had a great attitude and an enthusiastic personality. He showed us the menu, for any who weren’t familiar with it, such as myself. He was very organized and took our orders down quickly. The whole night, his service was top tier. There was also another great waitress helping him, but unfortunately, I don’t remember her name. So honestly, he did amazing. He deserves a raise or something. Also, the food came out delicious. Everything was fresh, hot and everybody got everything they ordered, specifications and all.
