  Absolutely love this Taco Bell! The staff is always super friendly, and the food is consistently fresh and delicious. Whether it’s late night cravings or a quick lunch, they never disappoint!

  The shredded cheese in my quesadilla wasn’t even melted. When I went to pull it out of the bag the cheese fell into the bag and I was left with just a tortilla. I can’t believe they actually gave that to someone it almost felt like a prank

  The woman working the drive thru/register on Saturday May 9, 2026 about 7:30pm was very polite and apologetic, and this is in no way a reflection on her service. The workers making the food are a completely different story. We placed an online drive thru order, and sat at the window for a very extended period of time; so long that the two cars waiting behind us left. We did not order an insane amount of food; two Crunchwrap supreme combos, both with a taco and drink, two nacho fries, and a burrito. When we received the food, we had no tacos and an extra Crunchwrap supreme. One of us went inside to get the missing tacos, and the woman at the register apologized and asked for the two tacos to be made. One of the ~6 workers made the food got angry saying there was no way we were shorted and we were just looking for extra food. The cashier insisted we get the tacos, and we thankfully did. But we will NEVER be coming back here; not after the insane wait to be shorted and yelled at.

  A recent experience at this establishment left us with no choice other than to leave a negative review. The person behind the counter who is believed to be a potential woman with a mustache needs training in every aspect of the word. Not sure to name this person a B or a D.. However go in and be offended if you so choose..

  We got chicken chalupas from the drive thru in the evening and the chalupas were tasting and smelling stale, so we brought them back, having taken a bite out of each only. The lady at the counter EVEN WITHOUT OPENING THE RETURNED PACKAGE accused us of eating the whole thing even though we said it was "nasty". I clarified that the bag is not empty and we brought the chalupas back because they had gone bad. The guy in the back preparing the order and the lady both shut the window laughed at us in a demeaning manner. This is the worst thing. First of all, the food was stale and when we just brought it up nicely with them, they accused us of lying and bringing empty packets back to them. I would urge NO ONE to go here. There's a Chipotle and a Subway down the road, even a Wendy's. Go elsewhere. Save yourself the bad food and the bad attitude.
