  I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at this McDonald’s location. As a former employee, I understand the company’s standards around respect and creating a welcoming environment but this location consistently falls short. I’ve visited multiple times on different days, and the rude, dismissive behavior from staff has been ongoing. After reporting a previous issue with drive thru young lady, the attitude toward me noticeably worsened, which is unprofessional. Thought that was the correct way to handle the situation. Most recently, while picking up a DoorDash order, I refilled a drink after a recent purchase something often allowed at other locations. Instead of addressing it respectfully, the manager yelled, accused me of stealing, and handled the situation with hostility, and demanding payment. No cup was offered just payment for refill. After being treated in that matter again, I decided to cancel the doordash pick up. I was experienced terrible customer service as both driver, and customer ! I live on washington st and usually drive to the other mcdonalds becuase their treatment is better ! Based on my experiences and similar feedback from others, this appears to be a pattern. This location does not reflect McDonald’s values of respect and customer service, and it needs attention. Corporation needs to do something, as it looks like its years worth of it. If anyone should continue to experience poor behavior I suggest we stop bringing them business, and maybe then theyll take actions. As a customer I demand a change we are all dealing with life, but I dont go around mistreating people on a daily! As a child I remember mcdonalds being a happy place, not this !

  Went to get my order, lady told me to check everything was ok, it was missing 10 count nuggets she said it will take couple minutes, we waited and got 2 free cookies for the wait, Great service! 4 stars because not lemonade :/

  I’m so annoyed every time I come that they never give sauce. Weather it’s when I come or through delivery they never give sauce. You always have to go out of you way which you shouldn’t have to do.

  Went there early to get McGriddles for my family, the price changed to a cheaper one when I pulled up from the drive thru to the pay window, I paid and I quickly scanned the receipt and notice they had applied a Buy 1 Get 1 for $1 on the hashbrowns, thinking that's the reason why my meal was cheaper, I then pulled up and picked up my meal, I then again quickly scanned to see if I had the correct amount of food, but when I drove home and unwrapped them, they were all McMuffins! I then closely looked at the receipt, and they had changed my McGriddles to McMuffins! Which is unfortunate, for in no way does a McMuffin even compare to a McGriddle in taste! So I called to hopefully correct it and order some McGriddles over the phone and head back before their breakfast menu changes over to their lunch menu, instead my call was never picked up and I received a loud piercing fax dial tone in my ear for a voicemail box! This is not the first time they messed up my order, one time they gave me the wrong bag entirely and it was someone else's order! So to say I'm highly annoyed with this McDonalds is an understatement, which is a shame for I'm a huge fan of McDonalds and it's just down the street from me! Big angry >:(
