I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ location for many years and never really had an issue. Some of my best experiences were when I believe the manager’s name was Karen and Wilma was usually up front. There was also a woman who worked in the back preparing the food, I unfortunately don’t remember her name, but she often had very colorful hair. She was always pleasant, friendly, and seemed genuinely happy to make customers’ orders. That entire team made this location feel welcoming and was a big reason I continued coming back. Unfortunately, it seems like management may have changed and several of the employees who used to work here are no longer around, and the difference in customer service is very noticeable. Yesterday, I went inside to order a coffee and stood at the counter for about 7–10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. Not one employee said, “We’ll be right with you,” or even asked me to give them a minute. What made it more frustrating was that the location did not appear to be especially busy, and there seemed to be around 6–8 employees working at the time. From what I could see, the employees were much more focused on getting mobile and drive-thru orders completed while customers standing inside were basically being ignored. I even overheard someone ask how many cars were waiting in the drive-thru and was told there were only two. At that point, I honestly felt like I would have received faster service if I had walked back to my car, driven around the building, and ordered through the drive-thru or placed a mobile order instead. When someone finally asked if I had been helped, there was no apology or acknowledgment of how long I had been standing there. What really made the experience worse was hearing a young female employee say out loud, “I can’t wait to get everyone out of here,” clearly referring to the customers. I understand that mobile and drive-thru orders need to be handled quickly, but customers who take the time to walk inside shouldn’t become the lowest priority. With 6–8 employees working, someone could have at least acknowledged the people waiting at the counter. A simple “We’ll be with you shortly” would have made a big difference. It’s disappointing because I know firsthand how good the service at this location used to be. Karen, Wilma, and the other longtime employees created a completely different atmosphere where customers actually felt welcomed and appreciated. Hopefully management takes these concerns seriously and this location can get back to the level of customer service it was once known for.

i was at drive thru today july 11 around 12:45. the young man taking my order is clueless. i had to repeat my order several times and still he got it wrong. it seems like the bad employees are always working there, and the good employees barely ever there. i will no longer be going to this store in the mornings on the weekend. i do not understand how an employee is permitted to work and can not properly take a order. this is 2 days in a row this employee has screwed up my order. dunkin fo better.

By far one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Dunkin. The guy with the long black hair was the worst service I’ve ever Received. Very rude and unprofessional - will never come back to that Dunkin. Food was ice cold as well.
