  This is the first time that my coffee have ever had coffee bean in it. And it's not like it's a little bit, it's a lot Dunkin' employees. If you are new, please learn how to make coffee before you handle it out. Every time you guys hire new people , this is what I find in my coffee

  I just came from this Dunkin location on 5/11 I got there around 7:30pm!! They refuse to make me a $6 dollar meals because they were closing at 8???? That’s so unprofessional. Dear manager, please hire people who love working or who are NOT lazy to work because this is unacceptable. Well not be going there again.

  It's a Dunkin donuts meaning that the franchise has a responsibility to keep the food equally across all locations. You don't come here for a gourmet meal. You come here for a predictable place to have a great cup of coffee and a small bite to eat with it. Great for meetings, sitting down using your laptop and A solid place to have a quick public meeting with someone.

  The Dunkin here is usually subpar but today was horrible. I ordered a banana protein latte (Order #4920 at 7:24AM) and it had no syrup whatsoever. It tasted like I was drinking milk with a shot of espresso. The ice block they decided to shove into the cup was also filled close to the top. I couldn't even fit my straw through it for the first 10 minutes. Whoever made the coffee either needs to get trained more, should not be making any coffee, needs coffee or all of the above. I get there's a morning rush but that also makes it a drag to go back in line.

  Don't know what it is but every time I order coffee online here you dont make it correctly. Please cut the shit it's not my fault ya gotta grind it out everyday with the drive through time or rushes or the massive lines you chose to work there please stop cutting corners on online orders. You charge for extra on that shit too, just to not make order correclty is wild lol
