Except we realized we were missing a sandwich so we drove back. We had already paid for this sandwich. We had to go through the drive through lane again. This wasnt a problem. When we explained what happened, we got a gruff pull up. She didnt say a word to us and just roughly threw the sandwich over. She was incredibly rude and again said nothing to us. We were both shocked of how she handled her mistake. I am still surprised by this. She messed up and then was rude to us for coming back for the food we paid for. Really ridiculous. I won't be returning to this Dunkin.
- MMMichelle MoralesAug 9, 20261.0Food was mid,the manager woman is rude as hell.she opens the drive thru window yelling “what!” Rude as hell,When all we kept trying to get was there attention and they wherent coming to the window to fix the mistake they made on our drink and the store door was closed.than when I reminded them about the water I requested, that they claimed I never asked for, which infact I did, she yelled “oh my god” over the top of her lungs storming away like a child.they need to get new management.no wonder there’s a “now hiring sign”.even her staff member said “that she can’t do anything, she’s like this” and I’m assuming it’s all the time.someone’s got to do something cause I’m sure this is not what Dunkin policy stands for and I’m sure that customer service could be way better in this place.
