  I’m very frustrated with this location, to the point I think I’m completely done. The amount of times my order has been wrong is outrageous. I place online orders and there are a lot of times they are out of guacamole or queso and they are out, but I am still charged for the items I never got. Sometimes the food is great and other times it is horrible. I’m so sick of the inconsistency of this location. You have to check your order before you even leave the restaurant if you ordered online. Yesterday they gave me some poor woman’s DoorDash order. I don’t even want to bother with this Chipotle anymore

  Worst location. Consistently terrible service, how do you run out of chicken? How do you wait until there’s nothing left to start a new batch? Don’t even get me started on the drive through. They need better management. I walked in one time during training for one person, they shut down the restaurant for a day for training but the location was open? I walked into a training on a weekday? Super weird, do not recommend.

  Ordered 2 chicken bowls but there so little food in the trays that it would have been difficult to fill one bowl. She was scraping the dried chicken out of the bottom of the serving pan. She gave me hot salsa on both bowls but I asked for mild. So many trays were empty that I thought it was closing time. The server said, no we are open. I said where is the food. She said they are cooking more. Contacted chipotle corporate PR as suggested and received an apology, nothing more. No offer to refund or send a coupon - nothing.

  **ADDENDUM: I spoke with cust svc @ 1-800-CHIPOTLE, the rep was professional and thorough. I received a full refund. I am very happy with the corporate customer support. I don't know that I will go to the Mansfield location ever again, though. I have no confidence in the way they handled the situation last Wednesday.** If I could have given zero stars, I would have. My daughter and I each entered an order around 10:30 this morning. One for a Build Your Own Chicken and one for Build Your Own Steak, both to be picked up at 5:00PM. This was for an 88th birthday celebration. My nephew arrived at 5:00, and Chipotle had not even started cooking the food. They told my nephew that it would be an hour. I called him, and he put the manager on the phone. They told me that the grill was broken. I asked why no one contacted me. I had 10 guests waiting to eat. I asked him how I could cancel the order, and get a full refund. He told me to call 1-800-Chipotle. I said ok and was about to hang up to cancel the order, when, the manager began speaking with staff, and told me the grill was firing up. I asked him how long it would take. He told me 20 minutes. I asked if that meant my nephew would leave with the food in 20 minutes. He stated that no, they would gave the food cooked in 20 minutes, then they could prepare the order. I asked how long that would take. He answered "10 minutes". I then asked " So that means my nephew will be leaving with the food in 30 minutes?" He stated "Yes". I told him to make the order. My nephew left and went back 30 minutes later. The order was still not ready. It took over 30 minutes longer than that. A total of just over an hour. That Manager lied straight to my face. My nephew got back with the order, the large side of Cilantro Lime sauce was missing (that was an add-on item), and the chicken was burnt. Not just browned (which is how I like it), it literally looked black and tasted burnt. This is completely unacceptable. I am a very good customer of the Mansfield, CT Chipotle. I spent a good amount of money on this dinner, and it was an absolute nightmare. I will call 1-800-Chipotle tomorrow, and hopefully they will make this right. If they do, I will continue to give them my business. If they don't, than I am done, and my entire family will no longer go there.

  Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to, they never have stuff ready., the workers are rather rude and when they don’t have something and they tell you last minute, I don’t even want to order anymore, but my bowl is half made. They don’t tell you that they’re out of stuff until you’ve already made half your bowl/burrito. I genuinely would rather drive the extra miles to the chipotle in Vernon just because of how poorly customers are treated at this Chipotle and I know the one in Vernon would have food ready.
