  Although I was there for 40 minutes because there was just one lady doing all the work I gotta say: she killed it! Had a great attitude & was getting stuff done! I wish I asked her name but management: she’s short, wears glasses & made me a great bowl! Give her a raise cause she earned it! 🫶🏽

  Stay away, just witnessed employee, literally grabbing rice with his hands, putting it in his mouth, then going back into the same bowl he was serving people with. On top of that refused to grab cheese from the back. Left my bowl unpaid for and walked out. Horrible Customer Service.

  This establishment failed to meet even the most basic standards of sanitation, professionalism, and customer respect. While waiting in line, I observed the employee preparing food, handling the register, and touching various machines without changing her gloves a single time. She served at least 8–10 customers this way. This is a clear violation of proper food‑handling protocol and an unacceptable disregard for hygiene. When I reached the counter and requested that she change her gloves, she responded with an unprofessional look of annoyance—as if the request for sanitary food preparation was unreasonable. Unfortunately, the situation deteriorated further. A coworker loudly directed a vulgar insult at her, and she responded with another profanity. The staff continued shouting and name‑calling across the workspace, creating an environment that was chaotic, disrespectful, and entirely inappropriate for any business—let alone one serving food. This was my first visit, and it will be my last. The lack of cleanliness, the disregard for basic food safety, and the openly hostile behavior among employees make this establishment completely unacceptable. No customer should be subjected to this level of unprofessional conduct.

  worst chipotle ive ever been to. they're always out of multiple menu items and most of the workers were chudding around doing nothing to clean the mess or restock food. we also waited 50 minutes in line and there was only 10 people infront of us when we arrived.
