  What is happening to Chipotle? 11:30 am on a Thursday and the place is a disgusting mess. Only one guy working the line and doesn't event know how to wrap a burrito. I only had 5 items put in it and he rolls it up with food spilling out of it, so he scoops it all up with his gloved hands, throws it into a bowl and calls it a day.

  Every time I order online, I get what can only be described as an “I hate you” meal. However, I know it’s not the fault of the people that work there. They tend to be really sweet and just as exhausted as I am as a customer. It seems like Chipotle doesn’t give them enough supplies to do well. I recognize that Chipotle, the company/upper management is the one that “hates me,” so to speak. It’s honestly really sad vibes when you go there. If you plan to get food from here, DO NOT go on Sundays. They will be out of everything. If you have to get food later in the week, DO NOT order online. You’ll be disappointed. I hope they can do better in the future.

  I got a kids build your own taco. They tried to charge me for an adult quesadilla, that was fixed when I pointed out the price discrepancy. The ice machine was broken and lemonade dispenser was empty along with most other drink options. I got home to find that the rice was very salty, nearly inedible. I asked for regular chicken but was given honey chicken, which was burnt to a crisp. And the corn was FROZEN!!!

  I love Chipotle and was so excited when one opened near us, this location is by far the worst I have ever been to. They are always out of multiple meats and never have chips but tonight they ran out of both kinds of rice 4 hours before close and the most unprofessional girl I have ever met let me know it the rudest possible way that if I ordered online I could have rice but standing right in front of her I couldn't. They are out of everything the place is disgusting and never clean and to top it off the people are the most rude! Willimantic definitely can't have anything nice.

  I been going to the one in Norwich CT 06380 for yrs, at the beginning the place was a trash. Dirty table, full over flow garbage 🗑 can. Little by little was getting some better. The pass 3 to 4 months it has been getting bad again. The other day the girl who was preparing the meat got mad because the guy who was serving the food ask her for a new pan of chicken meat. She was wearing ear bug listening to music and that was the reason she didn't hear him when he call her 3 time. Today I was totally disappointed with the place where I don't think I could go back and probably spread the word of how bad the place is. They service me like if i was a kid, im a 56 yrs old guy. I had to ask the guy can you please put more lettuce and cheese because the amount that he put you could count how much was there. Another thing before I forget i been asking for a receive for the pass 6 to 8 months and they said it's not working. That makes me believe that they could be some hack in the charge.
