    Since the remodel and the new staff. DISGUSTED with service. I’ve unfortunately tried this place 4 times. Always bad customer service, orders being wrong and that’s not the main problem. They are just slow and hard to talk to. No matter who it is they treat you like you don’t matter and you get it when you get it. Last time I was there at noon ordered only a mc double and mc chicken. Got to first window paid. Great. Second window where the problem always is. Get told to go pull up and wait with no other cars behind me or in line to order just so they can hit their timer. I just left without my order. Never will go back to that location. EVER. Three times every time is a problem. So unprofessional.

    The general manager overnight is a very rude person who doesn’t know how to treat customers or door dashers respectfully. He shouldn’t be in a customer service position if he doesn’t know how to act.

    Used mobile app had to wait a while then got my food hashbrown missing. Then I asked for jelly and salt they never gave me jelly. To be honest the girl kinda threw my bag at me at window 3 long redish hair. I go here daily but not anymore ill goto Willimantic store.

    They don't have cashiers anymore you have to buy from a tablet kiosk then they bring the food to you. Absolutely no customer service. They don't even have fountain drink machines for customers to refill their drinks. They don't have napkins anywhere they don't have straws anywhere there's absolutely nothing but tables. In the customer serving area.
