  This place is a joke. Had two other cars pull up to stalls when I did and after about 5-6 minutes one car left, another entered the drive thru and had not been acknowledged either. There were definitely people working inside so no idea why it was all being ignored.

  Food is tasty but the wait was RIDICULOUS. Took 45 minutes to get an online order from the drive thru for a burger and chicken strips!! We have been multiple times in the last year and this has been pretty par for the course. Just so slow. To top it off the food we got was COLD because they made it while we waited. Would never go back unless things drastically get better. What a shame!

  Ordered 3 drinks ahead of arrival and have been waiting for 40 minutes now. Very poor customer service and speed. Looks like They click through the delivery timer to fake their metrics as they now are back to the welcome screen. **update** after another 20 minutes of being ignored for a simple order I have decided to take the recommendation of my daughter and just leave. Will not be returning to sonic, at least not in CT.

  Wasted $20 ordering on uber. Placed my order at 11:40pm and it didn’t get to me until 2am when I was sleep and I live walking distance from Sonic. They took super long, the drivers who were going to pick up my food kept canceling. I need a refund or fresh food! I will be stopping in sonic real soon to discuss this because it’s unacceptable.

  So slow. Waited 30 minutes in line for food and there was only one car in front of us in the drive through and one car in a queue. Workers were extremely rude. Will not be coming back to this location
