    This is the worst Sonic ever. Don't bother pulling up to one of the stalls because NO ONE will take your order! Seriously why do you have them if you don't have enough staff to service them? Sat there 15 minutes and gave up and decided to try the drive up lane instead only to wait another 15 minutes and NO ONE had taken our order yet!!!!! We gave up and pulled out of line. Went to Burger King and in 5 minutes had hot food in our hands. If you are going to have a business please staff it properly!!!!

    I love their drinks but the service is so slow. no matter what time of day, it’s SLOW. you will sit in the drive thru for a good half hour. it’s ridiculous and makes me go elsewhere unfortunately

    Very clean store. My complaints aren't about this store in particular, but the brand itself, which is why I'm giving this store 5 stars instead of 3. Why the hell did Sonic succumb to shrinkflation and inflation. Sonic's burgers used to be adamant about staying the same size, now their super sonic burger and smash burgers are the size of regular or jr burgers at other fast food joints. Glad the mozzarella sticks stayed the same, despite the price increase.

    If you decide to place an online order here make sure to give yourself an extra hour or two because every time i've made an online order i've waited almost an hour and it came out ice cold just don't do it you think it's going to be more convenience but it won't be

    The staff was very respectful and polite, which I genuinely appreciated, but unfortunately the overall experience was pretty disappointing. I ended up waiting around 30 minutes just for someone to take my order, which already felt excessive. After finally ordering, there was an additional wait for the food, and when it came out, it was cold or at best lukewarm. Even my drink wasn’t right—the ice had already melted by the time I got it, which just added to the frustration. It gave the impression that the order had been sitting there for quite some time before being brought out. There didn’t seem to be any real sense of urgency when it came to getting food to customers, even though there didn’t appear to be a major rush happening. From my own experience working in fast food, I know how important it is to keep things moving efficiently. If food is ready, it should be served immediately to maintain quality and temperature. Letting it sit not only affects the taste but also the overall customer experience. Unfortunately, that’s exactly what it felt like happened here. I really wanted to have a better experience, especially since the staff themselves were kind and respectful, but the long wait times and poor food quality made it hard to overlook the issues. I hope improvements can be made in terms of speed, organization, and ensuring that food is served fresh and hot moving forward.
