  I arrived at Sonic at 11:20 PM and parked to wait for my order, but I didn't end up leaving with it until 1:00 AM how is it possible for it to take that long? I noticed there was only one guy working; they really should hire more staff. The food was cold when they handed it to me, the soda was flat and tasted like sugar water, and the ice cream was melted. After waiting over an hour, I had to move from my parking spot and get in the drive-thru line just to finally get my order. The fries were cold and tasted like plastic. If they don't want to hire more staff, they should just close the place down

  This was a quick and easy stop off of I-84 in Manchester. My order arrived quickly and was okay however, the tots were over cooked and hard.

  staff seems nice most of the time, you’re just guaranteed for a 20+ minute wait if theres more than 3 cars in that drive thru, they’re incredibly consistent with that

  Terrible service, all newbies for employees. No management skills at all. Never even received our food. Took over an hour at the booth

  I’ve been here before it’s pretty good food. However the past few times we’ve come we’ve ended up leaving because of how slow the service is. We were sitting in the parking lot and had pressed the red button multiple times. Ten minutes with no response we left.
