- CBCuddle BringerAug 21, 20261.0stopped by there several times over the past five years, during that time the employees gave me several excuses as to why i could not order pizza hut food from their pizza hut express, in some cases multiple in one visit. from being told that “they cannot serve Pizza Hut through the Drive Through”/“the Drive Through is for Taco Bell customers only”, to our Pizza hut ovens weren’t turned on, you’ll need to wait an hour for them to heat up”, to (yes, an hour later that same day.) “actually the ovens are broken, and we’re out of pizzas”, and “we only sell Pizza Hut to Carry out. you can’t order it here.” the staff actively try to avoid interacting with anyone trying to order from the registers, as they know the Taco Bell kiosks won’t let customers order the Pizza Hut Menu items. i have been told on a few occasions that they “are a taco bell” and that they “do not sell Pizza hut” items, despite their menus still showing Pizza Hut express items. really disappointing, as there really are no good options when i’m really in the mood for Pizza Hut.

When I was served there was barely any garlic at all and they were cold and the pizza was very doughy/chewy like it needed to be cooked more. If your not going to do or can't do what the customer requested just say that. I was willing to pay extra if needed but I wasn't given the option. I didn't go in to complain/or get it corrected because I had to be somewhere but i shouldn't have been lied to either way and just given w.e had ready been sitting there! I payed over $20 for 2 personal pizzas and 3 breadstick and it was all trash!
