  Me gusta, siempre consumimos sobre todo los ricos cafés todo es de buena atención y los productos son de calidad, esta vez tuve que usar el baño y no había ph, me pareció un descuido garrafal nunca puede faltar eso en un baño, espero que corrijan, por lo demás me gusta.

  I have ordered the New Oreo coffee chiller at other Dunkin locations. This Dunkin had me pull to the door from the drive through to wait for my drink, okay no problem, then they bring me out a regular Dunkin frozen coffee, I told them I ordered the Oreo coffee chiller, they run back inside dumped the same frozen drink in a new cup with toppings and called it the Oreo coffee chiller. never have any Dunkin ever sold me this as an Oreo coffee chiller. The real one at other locations is so good but now I’m 10 min late to work and waisted 6+ on this next time I will go to Starbucks instead

  WORST DUNKIN AND WORKERS IVE EVER DEALT WITH!! First there was no soap in the bathroom and nobody cared to replace it, so I had to ask them to give me some in a cup. No napkins. Worker ayanna started screaming at us as we’re leaving “NASTY NASTY” these workers don’t wash their hands. And you’re a 40 year old woman working at Dunkin’ Donuts. All these employees should be fired IMMEDIATELY.

  If I could give this zero stars I would. ESPECIALLY for service. I just had a TERRIBLE experience with your “manager” at a Manchester CT location, extremely unprofessional extremely rude refused to help made tons of sarcastic comments spoke to me like dirt when all I wanted to know was if my Uber Eats order went through. You should be ashamed of hiring such a poorly trained disrespectful and rude person and giving them a position representing your company and interacting with customers. I wouldn’t speak to ANYONE the way she spoke to me and my wife let alone a customer and her absolute REFUSAL to even help us with our inquiry I can guarantee is against every policy in every customer service industry in existence. I will absolutely be telling every single person I know not to go to that store. To wrap it all up - my order was completely wrong. I got hash browns instead of a croissant and a bagel instead of a croissant as well. This is straight up the worst most incompetent experience I have ever had with any restaurant ever.

  Yikes. This is absurd😬 charge me for the extra swirls then blatantly give me the wrong coffee, knowing it's wrong. Unbelievable.
