- JJJimmySep 8, 20261.0The lady at the drive through was EXTREMELY rude, didn’t listen to a thing I said and when I corrected her she acted like it was my fault, and like I was an idiot. I had to look over to my wife to see if it was just me and even she was stunned. Finally we get to the window, and we’re left there sitting for a good bit while the workers inside just talk back and forth before they even let us pay, price seemed off but whatever I’m tired and hungry. I hand the food off to my wife and ask for a receipt. Then my wife goes through the bag to get her hashbrowns, they aren’t there, but two orders of LOADED hashbrowns are. Then when I tell the lady this isn’t what I asked for, and we wanted one of each she rolls her eyes, and say “Well you only paid for that.” Only?? last I checked the Loaded Hashbrowns are more expensive and now I have to buy a 3rd order of hashbrowns so my wife has food. Do your job, listen to your customers, and don’t be rude about it. If you don’t like your job quit, that’s why I don’t work at Mcdonald’s anymore.
