Giving nurses a small item at no charge once a year doesn’t seem unreasonable especially since you honored them last year . And with all the sacrifices they make daily , a large company like yourselves didn’t think you should show them a tiny bit of appreciation? Just a shame ! We won’t be dining there anymore .

I get my food, and then they walk away. Once in awhile they bring me my drink, but usually not before I’m done with my food. This is at the least the fifth time this has happened here, maybe closer to the tenth.

He then says something under his breath and says “Anyways, what’s the name again?”. I then state I would like to order a large diet lemonade in which he laughs and says “that’s all?” with a annoyed look on his face. The whole vibe was off putting and is very discouraging to just order through the drive thru for something so simple.
