- JHJackson HolloJul 23, 20261.0I haven't been to this Dunkin in particular, but apparently it's so bad, it was repulsive to both my mother and two of my younger brothers. My family is very considerate to fast food workers, we understand the mindset required to work at fast food/retail, but other reviews reflect that this is this normal for this location. Do better.
- MHMax HolloJul 20, 20261.0At around 3:50, Monday July 20, 2026 my life would forever be changed by the hostility and carelessness of this Dunkin’s workers. Even hours after my encounter I’m shaking and uneasy. I walked in with hopes and an empty stomach and left with despair and pain. When I walked toward the counter a cold shiver ran down my body. I looked up to what I can only describe as a repulsive and terrifying sight. I locked eyes with the worker and her cold dark eyes were full of hatred and rage. Hers eyes seemed to pierce through my skull as if her glance conveyed the emotions of a fallen angle who wished to bring destruction to our earth. She coldly asked for my order and after explaining it to her it seemed as if it was the worst thing that’s ever happened since 9/11. She regrettable made it before handing me a “latte” that stretched the words definition so much its elasticity could only be compared to that of a rubber bands. When I took my first sip it was as if the drink carried her full hatred and it was now attacking my tastebuds. I walked out with the knowledge that I had just seen the worst of humanity and that it’s hatred took the form of a teenage dunkin worker. I unfortunately believe this encounter will forever haunt me till the day I die. The other lady was chill.

She was rude and distant to me and my brother who came in for coffee and donuts, not the service I get at different Dunkin’s. We didn’t catch the cashiers name but she was working the register at 3:45 on Monday 7/20 when we came in. The other lady was very nice and got our drinks out super fast but the cashier needs to go!

I asked for 3 drinks and 6 donuts and every time I said an item he started throwing his hands around like a toddler and sigh. I came in politely, so there was no reason for him to act like that. He got an attitude over me not knowing the correct name of a DONUT. I’m absolutely disgusted with their customer service, and on top of that my drinks weren’t even filled to the top. 5/22/26
